The prices are very good compared to retail. They have 4 floors with products ranging from fabric by the meter to bags and shirts. We bought two shirts and a tie. The prices are exactly the same than in their Siam Paragon outlet shop. Unfortunately their member program is not applicable for the reduced articles. If you want the biggest JT selection in Bangkok for the best prices this is the place to go.

I just wanna say that customers coming here do admire the Thai brand aspect of it. More people like your products, more people will come while they travel here. Me with no difference. Holiday shopping but don’t be like one of those restaurants which are not good at doing hygiene and give people diarrhea. Who wanna come back. In-store staff attitude gave me that kind of vibe. Maybe if there’s problem with how your company treats you guys, reflect to the company and do a better job together. Just make the world a better place. Happier place so people would like come and gather more people to come shop. I think the shop looks just like an outlet shop, it’s fine. If the staff wanna change the vibe, do so. I see there are more fitting rooms available. If the place is grim. Change it. Just don’t put it on customers you feel like we don’t deserve coming to shop. My experience was that I purchased a $150US fabric here cause I like them. Another Thai lady shortly after me purchased some. But why did I get a woven bag but she got a large paper shopping bag even when I asked for the ease of bringing the goods back home. Why did u skim on a bag? Why did you give her one? But not me? If you don’t welcome foreigners, please just speak Thai language and give us more inconveniences. We will not come back. Just try to make the country better. Really. If we come for outlets that means we are fans of your brand already. Think about it. I just want to bring your local products to overseas and for those who can’t come but love art, design and fabric. Simple as that.

Khun AE Sales staff was absolutely wonderful — very attentive and knowledgeable about the collections, giving detailed recommendations and price advice. Shopping at the outlet was so much fun, with great service and lovely prices!

Well worth a visit to this huge store and grab a bargain. Although I was interested in t shirts that only had 30% off and as i registered as a new customer on line I received a 20% discount code on most clothes sold at the main retail store via on line. Was pretty easy to do and have my purchases posted to my hotel within 3 days.

It nice have few collection men and women clothes! Some clothes more than half prices !

The rates are considerably lower as compared to a regular store but designs and sizes may be an issue. Good place to come to if you are looking for great discounts - you may end up finding some good pieces. Not much variety in the silk clothes but you will find some good cotton t shirts.
