Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali

We stayed here for our last 3 nights in Bali. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff and service were excellent, so attentive. The hotel is situated on the beach front. We ate a couple of nights in the restaurant with its tables on the sand and we enjoyed the fantastic colors of the sunset and an amazing electric storm one night. The storm had made the sea more choppy resulting in more plastic waste on the beach . However the hotel pool is so large and set in gorgeous grounds so we we enjoyed using this facility. We arranged a trip through the hotel to various sites including the huge starue Garuda Vinesh and to the Fire Dance which was our highlight of this area. Finally the hotel is only a short drive to the airport so very convenient.

Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel Bali truly feels like a hidden paradise and fully deserving of its Michelin Key. From arrival, the resort feels calm, intimate, and deeply Balinese, set within lush gardens and lotus ponds with the ocean just beyond. I stayed in a One Bedroom Deluxe Pool Villa, which felt spacious, elegant, and incredibly serene. The design blends classic Balinese elements with refined luxury, and the private pool and outdoor space made it feel like a personal sanctuary. What sets Jimbaran Puri apart is its peaceful atmosphere and exceptional service. With a limited number of villas, the resort never feels crowded, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness create a genuine sense of care. The pristine beachfront, relaxing spa treatments, and memorable dining by the sea completed an experience that felt timeless, soulful, and deeply connected to Bali.

Quiet luxury located on jimbaran beach and excellent customer service, especially the pool side crew, and cleaners. No loud noise and pool is good. Everyone is super nice and professional. Room is a little old but charming, gecko came to visit, woke us at 6am, and there are mosquitoes, but they are normal being flat cottages and in the tropical. I don't mind and the rooms has complete privacy behind the walls. Without big window, doesn't feel bad at all. With a few issues occurred in our rooms, they offered us free upgrade later, at first the fee per night was higher than online, but I did not say much. I really don't think it makes a big difference cos the ocean view is closer to the beach but with the room design, there is really not much view. So privacy is more important in this resort and size of the room. Garden cottages are not far from beach and the pool. Some western food is good and grill fish with more spicy is way better. I do appreciate their help with my last min packing and need to head to airport cos I calculated my departure date wrong, the the hotel responded very fast and very helpful! Thank you! I will definitely consider return to this hotel again!

We visited Jimbaran Puri for our honeymoon in December and had the most amazing time. Priya from concierge was so attentive before and throughout our trip, organising excursions, reservations and transport for us at every stage. The hotel’s recommendations were all exceptional whenever we wanted to eat outside Jimbaran Puri.||||The resort offer yoga and meditation with Wahyu, which was brilliant and we loved going to those sessions each week we were there, and the spa is right on the beach offering a range of beautiful treatments.||||Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and cool in the hot weather and we had a great night’s sleep every night, often awoken by the sound of birds in the morning.||||The breakfast team arranged takeaway coffees for us every morning so we could have them on a walk along the beach and we enjoyed beautiful food in the restaurant every day when we got back. Ladro and Windari were exceptionally attentive and welcoming.||||The food at the Pool Bar was also beautiful and the service there was brilliant too. You can taste Balinese cuisine in the restaurant at night either overlooking the beach or with live entertainment and Balinese culture, and if you’d like to eat outside the resort the concierge team will recommend amazing experiences either locally (we loved Cuca next door and the Four Seasons along the beach) or beyond (sunset at the Six Senses Rock Bar in Uluwatu was another highlight). ||||We loved our stay at Jimbaran Puri so much and cannot thank the team enough for all their help and service during our wonderful stay.

The hotel is amazing.. however, as compared to the price.. it is NOT a very lavish hotel ! 😔 The breakfast spread is also limited (but ok), but nothing compared to the price charged (Rs. 30,000 / 350 USD) . The service is exceptional and amazing. Cons - No hand showers in toilet seats so indians will have a problem. Special Mention - Singer LINA made our evening with our lovely band. 🎸. The beach dinner is worth going for.

This is our second time staying at Jimbaran Puri Villas, and once again, the experience was excellent. Our villa had two separate rooms, which was a huge plus. We loved being able to relax on one side of the villa after taking a dip in the pool, then retreat to the other side for a quiet and comfortable night’s sleep.||The Nelayan Restaurant serves fantastic lunch and dinner, and the breakfast was just as delicious. All the staffs were incredibly attentive and friendly from the front desks, the butlers, the porters, the servers, they’re all making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. That’s why we chose to stay in here again. ||Overall, it’s a beautiful place to unwind and truly relax. We would absolutely recommend Jimbaran Puri Villas to friends and family.

Belmond name, but not a Belmond experience The hotel itself looks nice, but the overall experience was far below expectations for this brand and price level. The surrounding area and beach were dirty, with visible plastic and trash. I understand the beach is public, but for a luxury resort, basic daily cleaning should be standard. Service was inconsistent - during breakfast I waited a long time for simple orders, and once my coffee never arrived. There were also serious mosquito issues, with no electric repellents or preventive measures provided in the room. We were traveling with a small child and decided to leave early. The experience simply does not match how this property is presented online.

My husband and I stayed here for several nights in early December prior to a cruise. The staff could not have been more warm and welcoming. The trip got off to a bad start when we arrived at the hotel after midnight and I realized I had left a pair of eyeglasses on our flight. But thanks to Tessa at the concierge desk they were located at the airport the next day and I was able to retrieve them before our cruise. Also, a note of thanks to our lovely server Windani at breakfast and lunch. This is a beautiful property, like something out of the White Lotus. The grounds are lush and our suite with a private pool was perfect!
