Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali

Quiet luxury located on jimbaran beach and excellent customer service, especially the pool side crew, and cleaners. No loud noise and pool is good. Everyone is super nice and professional. Room is a little old but charming, gecko came to visit, woke us at 6am, and there are mosquitoes, but they are normal being flat cottages and in the tropical. I don't mind and the rooms has complete privacy behind the walls. Without big window, doesn't feel bad at all. With a few issues occurred in our rooms, they offered us free upgrade later, at first the fee per night was higher than online, but I did not say much. I really don't think it makes a big difference cos the ocean view is closer to the beach but with the room design, there is really not much view. So privacy is more important in this resort and size of the room. Garden cottages are not far from beach and the pool. Some western food is good and grill fish with more spicy is way better. I do appreciate their help with my last min packing and need to head to airport cos I calculated my departure date wrong, the the hotel responded very fast and very helpful! Thank you! I will definitely consider return to this hotel again!

The service here is excellent. We were in a pool villa and it is excellent. Travelling with our 13 month old daughter was a breeze as everyone was so happy to spend time with her and supply her with endless supply of fresh fruit that she loved so much. The food is superb and the value is just amazing. We never felt the need to leave and can’t wait to return. Special mention to pisma in the restaurant who made it a special visit each day to the restaurant on the beach for dinner and to all the breakfast staff. There are too many people to mention individually we can’t thank you enough for such a special family holiday.

We stayed here for our last 3 nights in Bali. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff and service were excellent, so attentive. The hotel is situated on the beach front. We ate a couple of nights in the restaurant with its tables on the sand and we enjoyed the fantastic colors of the sunset and an amazing electric storm one night. The storm had made the sea more choppy resulting in more plastic waste on the beach . However the hotel pool is so large and set in gorgeous grounds so we we enjoyed using this facility. We arranged a trip through the hotel to various sites including the huge starue Garuda Vinesh and to the Fire Dance which was our highlight of this area. Finally the hotel is only a short drive to the airport so very convenient.

From arrival, the resort feels calm, intimate, and deeply Balinese, set within lush gardens and lotus ponds with the ocean just beyond. I stayed in a One Bedroom Deluxe Pool Villa, which felt spacious, elegant, and incredibly serene. The design blends classic Balinese elements with refined luxury, and the private pool and outdoor space made it feel like a personal sanctuary. What sets Jimbaran Puri apart is its peaceful atmosphere and exceptional service. With a limited number of villas, the resort never feels crowded, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness create a genuine sense of care. The pristine beachfront, relaxing spa treatments, and memorable dining by the sea completed an experience that felt timeless, soulful, and deeply connected to Bali.

Heaven! If you are looking to experience authentic stay - this is the place. The rooms were fantastic, so comfortable, plus the design really brought out Bali's cultural charm. Breakfast was amazing with fresh local flavors, dinner was a highlight with Balinese dishes, the pool was so relaxing, and the massage was great too. We also enjoyed watching sunsets at the luxury beachfront Puri Bar every night. Bali can be busy with traffic and this place was perfect escape, being able to walk at the beach and enjoy the surroundings without taking the taxis. The best part was the staff ,absolutely the best - friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make everything seamless. We felt like at home!

From arrival, the staff made relaxing easy. The first afternoon, we did massages that were wonderful. Great setting in outside venue where we could hear the waves during the massage. The setting is so nice we decided to stay and have dinner on site after a nice cocktail on the beach during sunset.

The resort’s location is absolutely stunning. Surrounded by beautifully maintained ponds and the natural soundtrack of waves crashing along the shore, the setting creates an atmosphere that is both peaceful and rejuvenating. The property itself is impeccably landscaped and truly a pleasure to walk through. What stood out the most was the exceptional level of service. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. After briefly visiting a resort across the street for a snack and coffee, the difference in service quality was striking—the staff here provided a far superior experience in every regard. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, fresh fruit, and perfectly prepared coffee. Knowing breakfast was included made it an even better value. We also enjoyed several beachfront dinners; the meals were delicious, and the setting was romantic, relaxing, and unforgettable. The on-site massage was an especially memorable experience. Listening to the waves while receiving the treatment created an incredibly calming environment. The resort is also family-friendly, with children frequently playing along the beach. Our room exceeded expectations. We were upgraded to a private pool and backyard area, which was both spacious and well-maintained, with reliable WiFi. The landscaping throughout the resort added to the overall charm and elevated the entire stay. Areas for Improvement While the experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a few drawbacks to note: • Massage Prices: Services were significantly more expensive than those offered outside the resort—typically two to three times higher. • Transportation: Taxi drivers in the area can be costly and sometimes take advantage of tourists. A private driver generally costs $40–$50 for a full day, which is a better value. • Airport Transfer: The resort does not provide a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Arranging transportation through the resort cost me about $40 USD for a drive less than 10 miles. • Additional Fees: A 20% tax/fee is added to all resort purchases, which can add up quickly. • Public Beach Conditions: Bali does have a stray dog issue, and we frequently saw dogs relieving themselves on the public beach. • Meal Prices: Lunch and dinner at the resort are two to three times higher than nearby beachside options, though the food and presentation were undeniably excellent. Overall Impression Despite a few concerns, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The resort was peaceful, relaxing, and full of thoughtful touches that made the experience memorable. I would absolutely recommend this property and would gladly return in the future.

This hotel is amazing and truly worth the price. I had to find last minute accommodation on Bali after a missed flight to Wakatobi due to late arrival of my TK flight.|Wrote an email to book and 30 min later a driver picked me up. The hotel I amazing and the staff as accommodating and helpful as you can imagine, trying to please all guests and succeed in making you feel special and welcome.|The food is fantastic too but the best thing is the spa ❤️|The treatments are amazing and tailored to the guest‘s needs at all times.|Specifically the Chakra treatment I did today with Wahya was truly unique.‘ singing bowl Chakra treatment today was amazing - can‘t find any other words for it … just loved it 🙏 ….
