This tiny bar has a wide selection of Korean alcohols, and for us was a great introduction to the various forms of rice wine in Korea. The friendly staff provided tastings on request and provided some explanations. Limited English spoken; we communicated via translator app.

It was a awesome experience. There are a variety of korean traditional alcohols such as makgeolli, soju, cheongju and so on. I can try a couple of liqours for service! There is available whatever I d like to eat near restaurent. I hope I visit again someday!

7/11 ホンデで遅めの夜ごはん。BHCチキンと街の活気で満たされた後、ホテルがある最寄りの新堂駅に降りた。夜の散歩中に閉店の準備をしていたお兄さんに声をかけられる。なんてスタイリッシュな酒屋じゃあないか。 伝統的な方法で造られた、本当に美味な酒を取り扱う「Jimbba」。 マッコリやウイスキー他、韓国酒が綺麗に並べられている。 マッコリの種類や製法、豆知識を教えてくれて、試飲もさせてもらった。ここのマッコリを飲んでしまったら、虜になること間違いなし。 新堂洞という場所は、日本人にとっては明洞や聖水洞よりそんなにポピュラーではないけれど、韓国ではとてもホットな街。朝から夜まで眠らない市場があって、その地下街にはアーティストレジデンスもある。都市部にも近いから交通の利便性が高いし、日本人がもっとこの場所に訪れてくれるといいなと、思う。 そして、これからお土産のマッコリを買いにJimbbaに向かってる。

다양한 한국 술을 맛보고 싶다면 꼭 방문할 것. 와인에 질려가고 있었는데, 이런 곳을 발견하다니 행운이다. 다양한 술이 준비되어 있고 병목에 걸린 테이스팅 노트가 아주 귀엽고 많은 정보를 제공한다. 작지만 알찬 가게이다.
