Jimmy’s A&A

This may well be the best beef donair I've eaten! Incredible value for money; their medium is more of what I've experienced as a large in other places. It had the perfect sauce/filling to wrap ratio and I wasn't left with a soggy mess falling out the bottom like other places. I picked up some baklava and that too was delightful. Crispy, buttery phyllo, with well balanced sweetness from the syrup. I could taste the nutty filling, rather than the usual sugar bomb I'm used to. Along with delicious food, the customer service was impeccable. The staff are so friendly and kind and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'm so pleased I stumbled upon this place and would highly recommend you stop here too.

Just had one of the best doners in town! The flavors were spot on, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty and satisfying meal!

The taste is really authentic. If you are. A first timer don’t forget to ask for some sample.owners are amazing as well as the staffs. Platter and wrap both are equally amazing.

Absolutely incredible first experience at Jimmy’s A&A in Calgary! The staff were beyond welcoming—genuinely kind and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Hands down the best Donair in Calgary. You can tell they care about both the food and the people walking through the door. Will definitely be back—highly recommend! They remake their sweet sauce every 30m.

The people at this Donair place are truly amazing! My son went there without knowing they only accept cash or debit he only had a credit card. Instead of turning him away, they generously offered him the food for free. That kind of kindness is rare and means so much they wouldn’t let a customer leave empty-handed. I later went in to thank them and offer to pay, but they still said it was okay. I insisted and paid, but their generosity really touched me. I truly appreciate their kindness and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend! 🙏 😇

Such a gem! The food and service are equally incredible- everyone is so friendly, it’s service with a smile and then some! They even offered us samples which immediately sold us on their hummus (absolutely delicious.) Everything tastes so fresh and flavourful, the chicken shwarma is a favourite for sure. Their baklava is the best I’ve ever had as well! So glad we stopped in and can’t wait to come back :)

Just a shout out and big thank you for the service jimmys serves up. Yasna in particular is a wonderful member of the staff. The donairs here are second to none. The meat is always hot and plenty of toppings to dress it up. Can’t say enough about how great this establishment is. I will continue to stop here when I’m needing something to fill me up. Highly recommended.
