The bamboo entrance is beautiful and makes a great photo spot. Inside, the layout is spacious and easy to walk around, so it doesn’t feel crowded or stressful. Everything is clean and well organized. There’s a good variety of food to try, from local Thai snacks to grilled items and desserts. Prices are reasonable, and the quality is good. It’s a great place to slowly walk, snack, and explore. Overall, Jing Jai Market is a pleasant and positive experience — perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family in Chiang Mai.

This market is absolutely massive, a sprawling maze of local arts, crafts, and designers that’ll make your heart happy and your wallet sweat just a little. The vibe is fantastic; it’s basically the creative soul of the city in market form. Honestly, one day isn’t enough. We barely scratched the surface, so we’re already planning our "Round 2" in a few days. I managed to snag some beautifully crafted leather wallets that look like high-end boutique finds. If you get "market fatigue," head way to the back for a staggering array of food options and coffee trucks. It’s the perfect spot to sit, chill, and caffeine-up for more browsing. Do yourself a favor and come. You definitely won’t regret it! Edit: you must try the Neapolitan pizzas run by Knot and Im where the main food court is. The dough is both airy and flovourful with a lovely under carriage. Fantastic pizzas for the price

Jing Jai Market is hands-down my favorite weekend spot in Chiang Mai! 🌿 The handcrafted selection here is incredible—way higher quality than the typical night markets. You’ll find beautiful linen clothes, unique art and handmade jewelry directly from the artists. The food is just as good; everything feels fresh, organic, and authentic. Don't miss the Northern Thai snacks and the communal seating under the trees. Plus, if you're a coffee lover, there are some fantastic local roasters and specialty cafes right on-site. It’s clean, and eco-friendly (no plastic bags!).

Big space and loads of varieties of craft and apparels. Food options are good here with many non-repetitive foods except coffees of course. The main stalls and shops opens daily, only weekends you get more pop ups. Only issue here is parking. Best is to Grab/Bolt there and back. Overall, this artisanal market is a must-visit for anyone looking for distinctive, well-made items and a chance to support local creators. Whether you’re searching for a special gift or something unique for yourself, you’re very likely to find something that stands out. And the food market is not to be missed. And the Cacao Trailer, where the lady was making fresh cacao. I had a hot one, and it tasted amazing!

You can find handmade products, crafts, artwork, and unique souvenirs. There’s also a small supermarket area with organic and local products. Food options are available but not very many, so popular stalls often have long queues. Overall, it’s a nice spot to walk around, shop for local designs, and enjoy a relaxed Chiang Mai vibe. 🌿✨

Amazing market experience in Chiang Mai! Jing Jai Market is a must-visit when you’re in Chiang Mai. The market is vibrant and full of character, with beautiful handcrafted items,fresh fruits and vegetables, and so many delicious food options to choose from. Everything feels fresh, local, and thoughtfully curated. The coffee here is surprisingly good — definitely one of the highlights of our visit. We also tried the Tok Sen (Toksen) massage, a traditional lanna (Northern Thai) therapy that uses a wooden mallet and wedge to rhythmically tap along the body’s energy lines (Sen). It’s incredibly relaxing and effective for relieving tension and pain — super good and a must-try experience. Absolutely worth the visit if you’re in Chiang Mai 🇹🇭👍

Beautiful market with handicraft goods and lots of food options. Large choice of handmade clothes, pottery, decorations and other goods. Some of the handicraft goods are only here available, others like souvenirs are much cheaper by example at the Sunday Market. Also food is approx. 20% more expensive than at other markets. Many Asian tourists.
