Horrible. I expected a much better experience. First of, the technician beckoned me from across the salon, which is extremely rude. She should of walked herself to the front and walk me over to the nail station. I paid extra to get the hot vitamin E /lotion treatment, it was less than 3 minutes. The technician was rushing through out the whole process. A woman that was there before me getting a regular manicure left after me!! The nail polish was messy, uneven and all over my cuticles, the sides of my nails were left without polish!! The lady in the front was nice and removed some polish that was left on my finger tips. I can’t believe I paid for this! Terrible, rushed not professional service.

This place was wonderful, and the owners husband was wonderful. He stayed open until my toes dried so I could walk home in sneakers! Wonderful conversation as well. He even wrapped my toes so I would not mess them up on my long walk home!!

The quality of the work done here does NOT match their price point. Unfortunately not satisfied with my nails. The photos i’ve attached are only day 3. This is a GEL manicure btw. The polish is uneven, filled with bubbles and chipped. I ask the woman when applying if she noticed the polish seems uneven. She fixed one but reassured me they were fine. The nails seem as though I applied the polish myself at home. I would not return here.

I absolutely loved my experience here. The ambiance was just right. The design of the room looked unique which was quite appealing. The staff was extremely kind. Vilma did my mani and pedi and I enjoyed my experience with her. I definitely recommend if anyone goes to ask for Vilma. The manager was hospitable and helped me to even take pictures of my experience. The music kept the vibe just right and I felt very relaxed. I would recommend if you love your service with class and style.

This is the loveliest Jin Soon branch. It’s clean and staff are all very nice, the pedicure is professionally done. The space is very well designed also, you won’t need to worry about wearing skirts for a pedicure because the chair and sink design - 5 stars just for this! It really is a nice afternoon treat :)

Google
Larger space than west village, so easier to get an appointment for more than one person if you go with friends. Great service, love their polish colors. Always super meticulous!

Google
Overall good experience for foot spa, but the lady exfoliated a bit too hard and scraped off some skin. Also your feet may get cold while waiting for the nail gel to dry.

Pedicure started to wear and chip Day 2. I had dried my toes during an entire gel manicure. Gel manicure chipped after a week (very unusual). I really expected an exceptional experience and it did not meet a basic level of gel manicure and spa pedicure quality.

Yelp
The space is beautiful and they offer tea, water, or proseco to the customers. However, the service has gotten worse over time. The last time was especially disappointing with the pedicure being very rushed. The technician painted my cuticles and when I asked her to check the cuticles, she said they looked fine. After a few hours, the polish started to chip around the cuticle because it was, in fact, all over the cuticle. I came in the next day and asked them to go fix it and got very unpleasant attitude from the front desk employee. She said it looks like I scratched the polish off my nails myself. I didn't feel like arguing and offered to pay for the polish change. The front desk person happily charged me. Needless to say that after being a client for years, this was my last visit here.

Yelp
Tried this place last week. The lady at the front desk was giving me anxiety. Nail technician did a terrible job taking my gel polish off, for the first time ever my nails felt like paper thin, she was extremely rough on them and didn't let the gel soak long enough. I also absolutely hated how my nails turned out as they were poorly put on. It's been a week today and they've mostly chipped off already and for some reason my nails feel so sticky and I wonder if they put regular polish on instead of gel. Not going back.

Yelp
Went with my friend as an early birthday present to her. Can gladly say that I throughly enjoyed the experience. We decided to stop by after grabbing some brunch, and the service was extremely pleasurable. Super spacious and relaxing atmosphere. My toes were crisp and clean. A perfect pedicure!

Yelp
Visited Jinsoon per a friend's recommendation. It was actually the first time I've ever had a pedicure done so I was really nervous and had no idea what to expect. With that said, it does also mean that I have nothing to compare this experience to. The nail salon has a really nice aesthetic and gives a cozy feel when you walk in. We had the first appointment of the afternoon, so it was a little confusing as there were many clients waiting around but the workers were all moving around trying to get ready to start the afternoon appointments (at least that's what I assumed?). My friend had recommended specific technicians to book appointments with, but unfortunately they were both unavailable at the time I wanted. You go in and they tell you to look at the wall of polish to pick one out. As a newbie, I had no clue what I was looking for (aside from color). I did hear someone else ask about whether certain types were quick dry so I ended up just picking one out from there as well. The overall pedicure seemed to go way faster than I expected. I'm not sure if it was because my toenails were already fairly short so she didn't have to spend much time filing them, but I was the first in the whole group of people to be finished (understandably, some of them might have gotten different treatments), but I just didn't expect it to be that quick. I thought the pedicure looked great on the first day or two but as my nail started to grow out, the polish started to peel near the cuticles as well as on the corner of the smaller toes (thankfully, my big toes are still in good condition and since I chose a very neutral polish, it's not super noticeable). Again, since I've never had this done before and don't actually paint my toenails ever, this could be a very normal thing (?). Overall, I would go back though may request a different technician just to see if the experience is any different.

Yelp
I came here with my two friends the morning before one of their engagements (eek!) and it was the perfect place to have a subtle celebration. It was just fancy enough to start the morning off special without really giving away that it was going to be a big day. We had an appointment for 3 manicures and after choosing our colors, we were able to sit and get started right away. I loved the rose petal soak and the color selection was incredibly extensive. Everyone found a color they loved. I went with a dusty rosey pink from Jinsoons brand and had a few days of no chips so I was happy. The space is very open and clean and looks more like a full spa than just a nail salon. Would love to come back for more big days.

Yelp
I love it here. Even though it's in Tribeca the price is totally reasonable, similar to what I've paid in Astoria and such. I absolutely LOVE the front desk peeps, super nice, personable. All the nail techs I've had thus far are so wonderful, never have hurt my nails or cuticles, listen to what you want. The vibe is super chill, industrial chic interior design, clean, cozy. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Yelp
Not impressed. The place is clean and has many colors to offer. I came to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure before a trip. My technician took a while to start my pedicure even though I had an appointment. She seemed nice, looked tired and rushed through my entire many pedi experience. I had to ask her redo my left big toes initially because the polish coat was uneven in certain areas, not realizing the right big toe is also uneven. When I first brought it up to the receptionist, she had the audacity to state it's because my nail is "dry". No. You can clearly tell the layers are uneven. My tech didn't even end up applying a clear top coat. Wtf. My gel manicure looks hideous. I asked for my nails to be slightly shorter than when I arrived and she cut my nail super short and did not maintain the shape I had originally came in with. The paint job is uneven and doesn't even cover my entire nail. It's a sloppy job. I needed her to redo the top coat for one of the fingers meanwhile she really should've redid all of them because there are streak marks on every single nail. I should've just painted my own nails because I know I would've done wayyyyyyy better job than this. I would not go back because of the poor quality in their painting especially for the price they charge. What a waste of money and time. Place gets 1 star for its cleanliness.

Yelp
Very disappointing experience today at this salon. I go here every month for well over a year now, usually seeing the same nail tech and was informed she doesn't work there anymore before I booked my appointment this time. My pedicure came out with uneven nails, multiple layers showing, and splotches everywhere. I politely and quietly tried to show the mistakes. The receptionist said there was nothing wrong and brought the technician over, too. They both told me 1) I was looking at my nails wrong 2) it's just the way that color dries 3) They just don't see an issue at all. Very embarrassing and disappointing to feel like a place I am very loyal to (and usually provides great quality services) tried to convince me that there were no mistakes this time. They fully charged me and did not offer to fix the mistakes.

Yelp
This is by far the best nail salon I've been in Manhattan. I've received Balm of Purity (this one has essential oil) pedicure since I didn't know much of what makes expensive one better than cheaper one. The nail salon is very spacious and didn't feel crammed from other people. The nail tech Martha (who did my toes) was very friendly and did a good job. I was impressed how much nail polish colors that store offered and all the tools were made by Jinsoon. I recommend the salon if you want somewhere quiet and to get pampered.

Maxie P.

Yelp
Great manicure from the owner, terrible polish job from the technician who took over for her. She was very pleasant but the polish was applied sloppily -- I could've done it myself.

Yelp
Great, clean spot - not terribly crowded, lovely polish colors. This is a total hidden gem of a nail salon. Absolutely love it.

Yelp
Hygiene is questionable. At two separate Jin Soon locations, both on Walker Street and the now-closed East Village location, I ended up with a fungal infection on my nails that I didn't have prior.

Yelp
Staff wasn't that friendly. I wasn't impressed manicure technician at all. Manicure chipped off right next day. I could've gotten better service and quality mani pedi for cheaper price. I basically paid their rent not my service. I don't recommend anyone. Unless you just want to waste your money or seeking conveniences. Disappointed.

Yelp
I was seeking a nail salon to get some pampering done, while I killed time to meet a friend. Upon looking at Yelp's suggestions in the area, this salon stood out to me; unbeknownst to me, it is named after the high end nail polish brand. I scheduled my appointment, and came back to an empty salon. My technician was very soft spoken, communicative and conscious of water temperature and other services I required. This place is so pristine you can probably eat from the floor. It is well lit, has minimalistic decor yet modern and overall the customer service is on point. My tech was very attentive, even when she was attending to a new customer and I was done drying my little toe nails, she applied a drying oil to both hands and feet, wrapped my toes with plastic wrap, put my sock and sneakers on. While I was drying I drank several glasses of water and a glass of champagne. Will definitely visit this nail salon again on a day off or before a trip. The polish quality is on point and has yet to chip a few days later.

Yelp
It's ok and the prices are just ok. Got a spa manicure (milk & honey) and I felt like the equipment isn't new (most places provide new clippers, filing boards) the rags were worn and had a faint smell to them. My arms feel a tad sticky after (unpleasant feeling). The place is kind of clean but I feel like it can be better. Need a better process for how they do their spa manicures, just wiping it off leaves a sticky film feeling on arms. Sticking to my usual place. Also she cut way too deep on my cuticles.

Yelp
I came here expecting a relaxing spa day for myself. However, when walking through the front door, we were greeted but felt very unwelcome since the workers all seemed agitated and annoyed. I had some leftover SNS dip powder on my nails and the employee scolded me for having them still on. I booked an appointment for a gel manicure, but they told me they did not have time to do it. Even though there were very few customers and opened for another three hours. The workers were very judge mental and had a lot of attitude when I just asked them a simple question. I am disappointed with the finishing results and unhappy with how they had treated me. I ended up with a regular manicure that chipped after 1 day. I do not recommend this place at all. It was definitely not worth $50 ( not including tip ) for a regular manicure.

Yelp
I've been going to Jin Soon for my nails for 15+ years. Until the pandemic, I only ever went to the salon in the East Village, and that location is still more conveniently located near my home, but they now operate on weekends only. As a result, I tend to traipse down to Tribeca despite the add'l effort. The women who work at both locations are very skilled and gentle; they also take direction well and most give excellent massages I particularly appreciate the ability to request mani/pedis at the same time and that, at the Tribeca location, both my teenage daughter and I can sit together and get mani/pedis at the same time, which is not possible in the East Village location due to its small size. Jin Soon is more expensive than many nail places in my immediate neighborhood, but it's def worth the add'l cost as well as the effort to get there.

Yelp
My friend and I had a horrible experience here and I do not recommend it to anyone. First of all, I booked ahead for two manicures and specified in the notes that one would be gel and both would involve nail art. Yet when we got there, they informed us not all technicians could do art and that there wouldn't be time for gel. Shouldn't they read the notes in the booking to understand what clients are looking for? The issues continued when the manicure started. I showed a reference photo of a really simple pink base with red French tip. It's hard to judge opacity from the bottles and the shade I picked ended up being essentially clear. I asked for advice on a shade that carried more pigment. She picked one that was extremely streaky from the get go. Instead of finding another shade that would work, she kept piling it on and the streaking never went away. I told her I wasn't happy, so she took it off and we had to start from scratch again. I ended up picking a white just to speed the process, which also ended up being streaky. At this point it had been almost an hour and all I had was a streaky, sloppy white base. We had to get going, so I ditched the nail art idea and picked a gold glitter to try to save the look. As you can see from the photos, she applied the glitter extremely unevenly. You can see it's not distributed consistently on different nails and it's super thick and sloppy to the point that the nails have texture. She also didn't bother to clean the white polish from where she got it on my skin and cuticles. My friend ended up getting gel and the end result was good. She did have to keep reminding the technician that she wanted gel and to keep turning on the curing light. We also kept getting rude reminders to inform ahead of time if we wanted gel or nail art in the future ... despite that being in the notes of the appointment booking the entire time. The worst part was that when I went to pay and informed the receptionist of all of the issues we had, she didn't do anything about it. She didn't call the technician over to give her feedback, offer to fix the issues, or give me any kind of discount. I honestly think even asking me to pay after all this was outrageous. I've been to so many nail salons and this was the worst experience. Poor quality of work and even worse customer service. I was embarrassed that I brought my out of town friend here. Stay away if you want a good manicure!

Yelp
I've had three pedicures here and have been satisfied every time. Their house brand polish colors are gorgeous and it's usually quiet and relaxing unlike a lot of nail spas. I like how open and uncluttered the layout is for better social distancing. Every pedicure I've had has lasted upwards of 5 weeks until the nails start to grow. Money well spent for a good experience and results.
google avatar

Judy Z.

Yelp
I came here for my first pedicure (milk and honey) with a friend and the experience was very smooth. I found their booking experience intuitive and accommodating - if we made any modifications to our time slot or appointment, the newly freed time and changes showed on the site instantly (for other users to book into). Some other highlights, the receptionist kindly took our jackets and scarfs and hung them while we got our pedicures. I accidentally bumped my foot against a table after applying color to my nails and the technician fixed it up super quickly, offering to redo them as well. Definitely a great first time pedicure experience!

Yelp
Jinsoon is really*aesthetic* but the service my friends and I had had here, especially considering the price, was disappointing. The front desk was unwelcoming and rude, and argued with us about the type of appointment we booked. My pedi was fine but not anything special. The manicurist doing my friend's nails cut into her cuticles, which bled. Lastly, the other customers were offered glasses of champagne but we were not (they gave us the choice between green tea and water). I called the salon after having this experience asking to speak to a manager to give them feedback. They were supposedly going to call me back, but never did, so here is my feedback. Overall......I do not recommend.

Karina G.

Yelp
Do not recommend this place as the service is really bad, I have been there a few times and the manicure wasn't good.
google avatar

Kaylen A.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite nail salon and location. You're in for a treat and they lean more on the side of experience than anything else. They usually have wine, tea and water to offer. The pedi area is open and bright which allows you to breathe without the horrible smell of most nail salons. You DO need an appointment, it's not a place to stumble into and get a mani/pedi but it is worth it! Definitely pricier than most places but I find myself pampered and relaxed so I feel like it's worth it! Clean tools, and I love that they maintain their level of cleanliness throughout the entire salon!
google avatar

Lila H.

Yelp
While the ambiance was great and service was friendly, the lack of knowledge of the technician I had led to white spots on my nails following forceful removal of my Japanese gel nails, because she didn't soak them long enough. She was rushed to try to keep her next appointment. Please educate your technicians. Ambiance and location doesn't makeup for poor technical knowledge. https://m.nailsmag.com/article/96323/avoid-nail-damage-with-proper-gel-polish-removal

Tabatha O.

Yelp
I got the balm of purity manipedi. It claims to be moisturizing, but my fingers are dryer than usual after a couple days. The foot tub area is nasty, water spilled everywhere, dirty towels everywhere. Don't let them cut your "cuticles", they do a really choppy job and are actually cutting the nail fold. I'm shocked a salon run by a nail polish company doesn't know the difference between a cuticle and a nail fold, and that cutting a nail fold is a no no. They ended up cutting through my skin on one of the fingers, risking infection. They never asked if I wanted to pay before they painted my fingers. While waiting for my nails to dry, a lady hovered over me to pay. My nails were ruined after getting the card out to pay. Overall very dissatisfied with what I got vs what I paid.

Yelp
Okay so this place isn't as cute as the pictures, but service was nice. I had a pedicure with the flower petal float. I felt like I can do without the float, but I just felt like treating myself that day :) Everyone was friendly and my nail technician saw That I had picked an off cream yellow color and asked if I was 100% sure about the color because she can test apply it and see if it's what I had in mind. Thank goddess she said that because I was aiming for pearl white and switched out the color. It's been four weeks since my visit and my pedicure still hasn't chipped!

Yelp
A downtown cool girl's best kept secret. Affordable prices for excellent service and a beautiful interior to boot. I had Martha this time and she did an excellent job at my color French mani.

Yelp
Live the online booking. Deena was nice and did a great job! I did the milk and honey manicure

Yelp
I came here one of the first couple weeks after they reopened post quarantine and it was the best nail salon experience I've had ever. I was the last appointment on a Friday night and it wasn't rushed surprisingly! My nail technician went through each step so precisely and took so much care. I had gel on before so they soaked my nails, took attentive care to making sure my nail bed was groomed nicely. My manicured nails have lasted almost 2.5 weeks and I've just now taken it off.

Yelp
I booked an appointment at Jin Soon last Friday, and it was the best experience I have had at a nail salon in NYC. It was pouring in the city this day, and the woman from the front desk was incredibly swift with offering myself, and another customer, a towel to dry ourselves upon entry. She offered an assortment of tea, wine, and water--I chose tea, which was waiting for me promptly at my manicure station. The woman who did my nails was incredibly detailed, she offered a 3rd coat of polish (and even got up to switch to another bottle of polish in the same color) to ensure my manicure was bright and perfect. Needless to say I will be back. I agree with past reviewers who've mentioned loud customers; the vibe of the shop is so so so tranquil, it becomes incredibly annoying when customers have lengthy conversations with little attention to the volume of their speech. However, that's beyond the employees' control. The experience is so worth the money, and I'm certain that I'll become a regular here. I got a rose petal manicure and a shellac manicure (yes, in the same appointment. Yes, that is possible)

Yelp
Beautiful colors of polish. Loved the essential oils in the water. The place is tiny; you can book online to ensure you'll get in.

Yelp
Very nice experience. Received the Spirit of the Beehive and it was well worth the money. The experience was very relaxing and my feet felt super soft afterwards. Will be returning again for a spa pedicure treatment.

Yelp
Had gift certificate for $150. 00 that they mysteriously could not find in their system so they would not honor. Spoke to Jin Soon ( the owner) she was not helpful and was borderline rude. Embarrassing to have to go back to the gifter and ask for them to prove purchase. Beware as this is not the first time I have had a problem using a gift certificate with them. They obviously have a subpar system for tracking. Shockingly amateurish. I also had a manicure from their tribeca location yesterday that didn't last 24 hrs. The polish never dried and smeared off. (see below). All around unpleasant experience and I will never go there again.
google avatar

Lisa X.

Yelp
This is a wonderful modern and clean oasis tucked away in tribeca. You are offered tea and citron tea. I had my nails done by Lila. She was very detailed oriented and communicated what she was going to do before doing them. She actually helped me get rid of a hang nail that was bothering me for weeks. Needless to say that my manicure was perfect. I can't wait to go back!

KT D.

Yelp
I'm literally writing this as I'm getting my pedicure. I'm here at Jinsoon, I booked with Pembra HOWEVER when I arrived Martha [tech] comes to get me...I informed her my pedicure is with Pembra... she looks confused and goes to the receptionist who informs me that when new clients book in the system even though they pick a technician the computer will automatically switch them to someone else?!?! WHHHHAAATTT!!! My pedicure was subpar and I will NEVER come back! I would have had better luck at the place on Canal Street for half the money...matter of fact, Jinsoon should move the shop there as I'm sure it will fit in well!!

Yelp
Has potential to be a real amazing experience, but just needs some fine tuning on the details. Quick Facts: - Staff very nice and helpful - Beautiful space - Champagne on arrival - Fingernails look great - Cleaned up my nails and cuticles immaculately - JINsoon colors no good for long term. - Magic Clay Slipper not worth $60. - Receptionist gave wrong suggestion on colors causing a lot of confusion. See photos Great experience for the most part. Gave me water and Champagne when I arrived. Front desk gal told me to go pick out a color (I was to get a gel mani) so I just so happened to gravitate towards the gel colors. Receptionist came over and motioned me towards their own JINsoon colors where I was up to try it out. Only that later when I was ready for the color on my hands the manicurist informed me the JINsoon colors I had chosen were not gel so I had to ask her to go grab me colors off the wall from across the room... I felt so bad motioning her towards the colors I wanted while I had to sit there. I assumed the receptionist girl knew what I had signed up for and won't have pointed me towards the wrong paints?? The manicurist was great and went above and beyond getting me the right colors based on what I had originally wanted. Her and the miss working on my toes did a fabulous job cleaning up my cuticles, they really left no hangnail untrimmed. Magic Clay Slipper treatment is what I signed up for. Good but not $60 worth. Nice exfoliation but the 'clay' part was thin and comical that they would call it a 'treatment'. Sorry. (image attached). After the clay she massaged my feet with oil, don't be afraid to SPEAK UP and tell them to massage harder! She did, it was good. Lastly. I got the JINsoon color on my toes and had them dried at the table under the dryers for 20min, they added quick-dry oil, dried for another 10min then I had to leave and put on my shoes. Later that night I took off my heals to find that all the color had rubbed off my big toes!! (see photo) All around great atmosphere and nice staff but sadly I probably won't come again for this price. Magic Clay Slipper + Manicure = $105 + $20tip I get my nails done a lot and sadly I've had better for $65.

Yelp
Had such a great experience with my nails at Jinsoon. I had Deane who was kind and extremely thorough. I got a short turquoise French Gel Mani and a regular pedicure. Both turned out to my liking. I would highly recommend!

Yelp
Had a great manicure with Ursula. She was kind on my battered cuticles and gave me advice on how to treat them (I chew them). I was offered a variety of drinks (tea, water, Prosecco) and had a very pleasant afternoon. I don't go often for manicures, but will come back here rather than other places in the tribeca area.

Yelp
I have other salons closer to me, but Jinsoon is where we go. You can't beat the quiet zenlike experience. I appreciate the covid safety measures (fewer customers, plastic divider screen at manicure station, & hand sanitizer for the customers). My adult son, daughter and I can vouch for the: gel manicure, regular, & Spirit of the Beehive manicure (hot wax treatment is heavenly for dry winter skin!) & pedicures, & foot massage. Most times my nails are an absolute wreck when I enter, but I leave looking good. The staff does a really meticulous job filing, etc. and it provides a good base for my nails to grow out healthy, without snagging. The line of Jinsoon nail polish is really good , too, with fabulous color choices, and lasts better without chipping than other polishes I've tried, too (we've ordered some online, too). The salon is the most beautiful salon we've been to (designed by the owner's husband, who also helps out at front desk & is very nice to chat with). The experience is always serene & the treatments are thorough & never rushed. Thanks!

Yelp
Great experience for my first time here and will absolutely be coming back. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, everyone there is very nice and my mani/pedi was perfect!

Yelp
Jinsoon has you sanitize your hands with their bottle of hand sanitizer when checking in, takes your temperature and sign a COVID-19 form. There is a huge shield separating yourself from the nail artists sitting on the other side. There were a wide assortment of polish colors so I didn't feel limited on what I was looking for. The salon is spacious and clean. There was soft music playing throughout the salon and it was a tranquil experience. During the manicure, you can choose from various essential oils to be added when your nails are soaking. They offered rose, tea tree, citrus and many others - I chose lavender. I described what I wanted for my nails and they were very accommodating about my requests. You can dry your polish at the end by resting your hands on your own lap underneath the table so you don't have to touch a shared surface. I had a pleasant experience and felt safe during my visit.

Yelp
My experience at Jinsoon was okay, a bit overpriced. I do really like the vibe/decor as well as the free champagne and refills! I got the gel manicure and the milk and honey pedicure/soak. I originally made an appointment for the flower petal soak and was super excited for that. When I got there, however, they told me they ran out of flower petals. I was annoyed since I made an appointment in advanced so they definitely could have accommodated the amount of petals they would need for the day. I also had to pay $10 more for the milk and honey soak since they didn't have the flower petal soak, which was not even the service I really wanted. Overall, the manicurist did a good job on my gel nails and they stayed on for about 2 weeks before it started chipping. $45 for the gel manicure was pretty average. I didn't feel that $55 was justifiable for the soak. It was nice, but didn't feel that relaxing as I felt the woman was kind of rushing through it.

Yelp
Great gel manicure! Probably the best I've found in New York. They also have amazing customer service and are very accommodating!

Yelp
Simple pedi. I like it. Nice and clean. Good choice of polish. Different cream for massage, sole, leg... very nice! Definitely repeating here. Thank you

Yelp
Decided to try this place while visiting NY. It's a great find! Reasonable prices, lovely space (very uncrowded on a Sunday afternoon), and good service. The pedi & leg massage was a fabulous relief for tired feet after days of walking around the city.

Yelp
I have been coming here for years. The salon is always clean and airy. I love that it feels peaceful and calm, it's like a mini-escape in NYC where I can just relax. They have the most extensive collection of nail colors and I especially love the Jin Soon branded lacquers. I've only had one experience where my nails chipped within a few days, usually they can stretch to almost a week with just regular polish. Love it!

Yelp
I decided to check out Jinsoon because of the atmosphere. However, my gel nails are already peeling after 5 days.... I actually had two nails that were done poorly and went in to get it fixed, but now I'm seeing the other nails peeling - maybe it's the quality of their gel or the person who did nails was just not paying attention.

Yelp
Great place! I went today for the first time and had a great experience. The salon is clean and they have COVID protocols in place (hand sanitizer, temp check at the door, plexiglass between nail tech and customer) and great selection of polishes. My nail tech was professional, nice, and fast! Honestly, I'm planning to be a regular!
