I had an amazing experience at this ramen bar tonight. Even though I was exhausted and pretty quiet, the atmosphere was still so welcoming and comfortable. I ordered the pork ramen along with a passion fruit cocktail and both were genuinely some of the best I’ve had in San Antonio. The ramen was flavorful, and comforting in exactly the way good ramen should be, and the cocktail was refreshing and perfectly balanced. Also I had very yummy mochi for dessert! Thai, the bartender, made the experience even better with great service that felt friendly without being overwhelming, which I really appreciated. They were also playing the Spurs game, which added to the laid-back, fun vibe of the place. I would absolutely recommend coming here and I’ll definitely be back.

This has got to be the best ramen I have had since I moved to San Antonio! The server Julia was so sweet and polite as were the other workers! I got the spicy chicken ramen which I was nervous to get because usually I love miso based ramen but it ended up being really good and I was not disappointed! I got the j girl mocktail because I am pregnant and it was absolutely delicious as well! I highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for ramen in the San Antonio area ❤️

Kim was my server and she was so amazing, very polite and helpful. We ordered veggie rice bowl and birra ramen with appatizers and a kids meal and matcha lemonaid, everything was so perfect the food was 10/10 the manager deseray was also very polite and made sure it was great. Overall i was so happy w the servics

Really awesome experience at this Jinya location! My server Evelyn was soooo nice and the food was really good. The crispy rice with spicy tuna is always a 10/10 and I tried the matcha lychee lemonade which was also super good. Would def come back to this location!

2nd time coming to JINYA, first time at this location. Everything was exceptional! From the service, to the food, and atmosphere. Workers were diligent, helpful, and attentive. Unfortunately I did not get names but the host, servers, and manager (?) all were delightful. We returned due to the quality of ramen we previously had at another location and the quality still stands. Some of my favorite ramen in San Antonio. Cannot go wrong with their Tonkatsu original! I would definitely return again, thank y’all. 🤍

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Kim, our server, was friendly, attentive, and funny. She checked on us at all the right times and made us feel welcome. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. We’ll definitely be back!

Isaac our server was amazing! He was super attentive, explained the specials and menu really well and cleaned up empty plates quickly. The food was so delicious best ramen I've ever had. Great food and great service 5 star experience all around at this wonderful establishment!
