If I could give your property management services in Cebu Grandland a -5 I would. You are putting all these non-sense processes, checking and form, when you cannot even do the billing and tracking properly. You are just trying to make the unit owner’s life difficult, wasting efforts, time, papers, saliva, and for what? I am not sure if the people are just plain incompetent or the management itself. Please, spare yourself some pain and do not buy condo in Grandland Residences or anything from Shogun, it just plain stupidity all they are putting their unit owners through.

Property management personnel are very rude and greedy. Don’t actually care about the building they manage and only care about profits in their own pockets. Terrible company!

Good day JLL Philippines, pasabi po sa admins or kung sino po IN charge sa mga contact numbers nio na linawin nila ang information. maraming tumatawag po kasi sa personal number ko na hindi nmn po ako connected sa JLL Philippines. upon checking halos same po kami nang number ang kakaibahan lng landline po s inyo sakin nmn ay cp number. thank you
