Had the most luxurious, relaxing and effective facial with Anna W. First hour was Japanese Kobido massage. Anna has very steady, confident and experienced hands and a gentle touch. She manually lifted my facial muscles in a way that was relaxing and targeted. Next hour was the use of machines to further deepen the facial. She used nicrocurrent, ionoohoresis, led and a real cryo machine. Anna was tactful, she didn’t chat me up and shared all the products she was using. She also used the BEST back bar products from M111 skin, biologique, forlle’d and Joanna Czech. It was a long and very luxurious facial and Anna didn’t stop working for one minute. Absolutely the BEST experience. The spa is serene, meticulously organized, with an en- suite shower. Joanna designed and created a very special, elegant and sophisticated space. Highly recommend. Amazing value.

I went to Alessandra for a facial yesterday in New York. I have had acne since I was a teenager and recently it came back and was making me feel insecure. Confused and upset about what to do, I went in there hoping for answers. Immediately, she was the kindest and most reassuring facialist I’ve ever been to. She gave me an amazing facial and explained everything she was doing and the benefits of each step. She told me she too had suffered from acne and wanted to help me. She gave me a routine and products and even after only 1 day, I am seeing a significant difference. For the first time in a while, I truly feel like my skin is headed in a great direction and I can fix my skin thanks to her. If u can’t get an appointment with Joanna, or even just want an amazing one, GO SEE ALESSANDRA!!!!
