We had a really bad experience and they showed a poor customer service.
The guy was apparently friendly but turned out to be very aggressive and made us pay for 3 days even if we returned the boards on the third day as soon as they opened in the morning. My suggestion is to NOT rent with them, but if you do, write a small contract so that everything is on paper, or they’ll keep your ID until you give them what the money they want. We also had a small inconvenience and we lost one of the strip that was holding the board on the car, and they would charge us for 2 strips instead of one. Really unfriendly and not honest. BAD VIBES ONLY.
