Sinestezia is undoubtedly one of the most creative culinary experiences I’ve ever had. Joben turned each color into a chapter, complete with a dedicated menu and drink.
Green gave me that “green” feeling of freshness and tranquility. The Maldon salt and flavored butter were just enough to excite my taste buds. The cocktail, based on gin and vegetal aromas, was original and perfectly suited to the moment.
Yellow brought a wave of joy: the celery puree with turmeric and shrimp paired beautifully with an exotic cocktail. You could almost feel the sunlight in the glass.
Orange was all about refinement and energy. I loved the combination of duck breast with sweet potato powder and baby carrots; the plating was so beautiful that I almost felt bad ruining it! But the taste proved that every bite was worth it.
Red took everything to intense heights: the dehydrated tomatoes, sriracha, and pomegranate reduction made me savor every detail. The drink, featuring whiskey, red vermouth, and fruity-spicy notes, was incredible.
With Blue, things suddenly calmed down, but in a good way. The music softened, and the lights shifted to cool tones, offering a peaceful conclusion—exactly what I needed after all the excitement. Maximum points for concept and execution!
