We always buy our cakes from Jocelyn's. There is no doubt that the cakes are always amazing but what I really wanted to share was my recent experience. I had ordered our daughter's 13th birthday cake from Jocelyn's and unfortunately on the day of the pick up, we were stranded at Hamilton Island due to a cyclone. I called the Camp Hill Store and they were so understanding and kind about it. They asked me not to worry and that they would sort it out and I could pick up a new cake when I got back to Brisbane. And when we got back to Brisbane a few days letter, they had a new cake waiting for me at no extra cost. Love the cakes and the service!

Ordered a birthday cake for my mums 80th birthday. Everything was easy and a great experience from ordering, picking up and to enjoying the delicious cake! The cake was delicious and loved by everyone. We returning customers and will continue to come back as we are always looked after and the food is amazing!

Vegan Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Cake, where do I start? The cake itself, in my opinion, is absolute perfection - rich, moist, and indulgent with just the right balance of sweetness(some vegan cakes can have a lot of sugar substitutes) Every bite was both decadent and comforting, the kind of cake that leaves you thinking about how delicious it is, yet never too heavy or sickly, even after more than one slice. It is truly the best chocolate cake we’ve tasted to date, the perfect way to celebrate my Husband’s Birthday. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. The team were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect by providing clear instructions and guidance. Their warmth made us feel more like valued guests than just customers. We’ve visited on various occasions, and no matter who assists us, they uphold this exceptional service effortlessly. I dropped by on Wednesday afternoon for some food and desserts for a party I was heading to that evening. Sara served me and helped me pick out a selection of pies, sausage rolls and cakes that everybody absolutely loved. I will definitely be coming back again whenever I need food for a party or want to treat myself.

Jocelyn’s Provisions always provides food that presents & tastes amazing. Camp Hill store staff are friendly & knowledgeable. I feel like a kid in a candy store looking at the wall of packaged products.
