--- ⭐☆☆☆☆ I did my order around 18:46 on 02/10/2025, I ordered a sandwich from Joe & The Juice and was very disappointed with my experience. The avocado used in my sandwich was old, which is unacceptable for a place that prides itself on fresh ingredients. The staff member who prepared my order seemed indifferent, which only added to my frustration. I expected better quality and service. I hope they improve in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed with the sandwich I received today. I normally visit your shop in person and the quality has always been great, but every time I’ve ordered online (this is my third time), it’s been a disaster. This sandwich looks rushed and has barely any mozzarella, tomatoes, or flavor. It’s nothing like what you serve in-store. I’ve always loved your food, but this has been really upsetting especially today, as I’ve just been discharged from the hospital after a tough night and this was my first meal of the day. Honestly, it’s disappointing and unappetizing. I hope you take this feedback seriously.

I ordered the Açai bowl for £14 through Deliveroo and the sorbet was melted. This is the second time this has happened within the space of 6 months. The last time the lady said the sorbet had not been set to the correct temperature and this time the lady said they can’t keep the sorbet frozen as they have to be able to scoop it. On both occasions I had to drive to the branch to get a new one however the sorbet was the same and melted within seconds. The lady’s attitude was very nonchalant also. Will not be returning here anytime soon. This shop is a con and should be shut down. All your google reviews are 0!

Found a long black hair in my food, contacted customer service and all they did was offer a refund for the item I couldn’t eat. Extremely overpriced for the service offered

This particular branch struggles with staffing - every time I’ve been it’s a long wait and the staff look like they can’t keep up. Today we waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and matcha, only to enquire how much longer and be told there are 7 (online) orders ahead of us. We got bumped to the top of the queue but the toastie was cold when we got it because they rushed it. Toilets both out of order. Please do better.

Young friendly staff, high quality drinks and food. Also lots of seating in and outside plus upstairs chilled seating area

Went to Joe and the juice today and had an amazing experience. The manger Winston went above and beyond to ensure quality and a positive experience. What an amazing man! Thank you very much Winston. I will be returning.

The staff always go above and beyond to deliver a good standard of food, I’ve had the same on other locations and it doesn’t even taste the same. Winston is an amazing manager and always explains new items well and we end up trying g and enjoying!
