FOOD QUALITY 👍 Ordered the Beets & Berries 20oz smoothie with Plant Protein, minus the Collagen & Whey Protein. The smoothie was fresh, well-balanced in flavor, and satisfying. SERVICE & HOSPITALITY 👍 Staff was friendly and quick with the prep. Customization was handled smoothly. VALUE FOR MONEY 👎 At $15.79 (including tax and 20% tip), it’s definitely a premium price for a single smoothie. While the ingredients are high quality, it may feel overpriced for many. AMBIENCE & CLEANLINESS 👍 Clean, sleek, and modern with a good vibe for a quick stop or chill session. Limited seating though. LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY 👍 Conveniently located in Hudson Yards, easily accessible from The High Line and subway.

You need to hire more staff for this location. Iv been waiting for my matcha latte for 25 minutes (and 10 minutes in the line before Iv ordered). And it’s not the first time it’s happen to me at this location. It’s ridiculous!!!! 35(!!!!!) minutes total for 2 drinks!!!!!!

We came here the day after opening, it’s one of the best locations in the city. There’s a lot of seating and the team is really pleasant, they remind me of the original 2017 crew on Spring street (I was ironically one of the first customers too). There’s a really funny British girly who’s working the juice bar, she’s super attentive and even walks your food over to you. NO OTHER LOCATION is doing that. Trust me.

Thank you so much to the wonderful gentleman Tom who was not only extremely welcoming with his hospitality since the moment I walked in but also made me an AMAZING Spicy tuna!! Thank you again, I will definitely come back :)

Very slow service. Three staff members were working but spent most of the time talking to each other instead of making drinks. It shouldn’t take this long to make one smoothie. Not a great experience. Especially the guy who was making the smoothie was talking between each task. Putting juice in the blender then start talking to his coworkers. Then getting the fruits , then stops to talk , putting the blender on to the machine, then stops to talk. Ridiculous

This is the best joe & the juice in the city! It’s super inviting, clean and the food/drinks are great! Bryce who works there is such a positive presence and really makes you feel so welcome.

Never been to a joe before. I had no idea it would be this slow, this over priced, and this mid tasting. 16 bucks for cold cuts on a glorified cracker is diabolical. Will never return.

My small protein shake costed $14- crazy! Took about 10 minutes to make too with a not too crowded place, the shake was great tho!
