Booked with Joel travel for a road trip for 11 persons from 2-6 Feb. They were accommodating to our needs including having different start hours for each day. The drivers were excellent not just in trekking extremely tight roads in Cameron Highlands, but punctual, accommodating and willing to go the extra miles. Will use them again definitely

Booked a minibus for 2 days for the recent MotoGP. Pick ups on Sat were fine, but the driver on Sunday constantly lied about his whereabouts and eventually turned up 1.5 hrs after the arranged time. Do not use this company. Office today told me our re-arranged time was direct with the driver and not through the office, but the office was closed all weekend. Usual case of not wanting to accept any responsibility when at fault, only saying there was heavy traffic.

I used Joel Travel for a team travel event 6-10 March in Kuala Lumpur. They were extremely accommodating and less expensive than other travel I received quotes from. The drivers were always on time (if not early) and drove with a smile. I would highly recommend using Joel Travel for all your transportation needs while in Kuala Lumpur
