Joe and Max took great care of me on a recent trip to Calgary. They were super personable and knew exactly how to make my experience great. I love that they stick to traditional, non-electric bikes. It's more affordable and better exercise.

We rented from Joe's back in August. I made a reservation the night before as we needed a chariot thing to pull my daughter. We arrived and Joe himself was renting out the bikes as one of his staff wasn't there. He was very helpful and friendly and gave us some good tips. The bikes were in excellent shape! Joe has a great business here, and he runs it well. I would whole heartedly recommend this business!! It's super convenient too as it is right at the park!

Joe’s Garage is the best place to go to if you need to rent a bike. We were visiting Calgary and needed something affordable. The crew here were so knowledgeable and it was only $30 for 2 hours which is by far the MOST affordable option we found. They gave us a map, gave us recommendations, and free water bottles for us! They made sure our bikes were working perfectly and adjusted it for us to make sure we were comfortable. The bikes were awesome. Great service and so well worth it. Also in a perfect location next to the trail.

My bike broke and I was very happy to be able to get in at Joe’s Garage same day to have it repaired! Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was great as well. He repaired the broken part and adjusted some other bits and now my bike is working much smoother. Definitely would recommend servicing/repairing/renting bikes and supporting Joe and his business!

I don’t typically review businesses but Joe went above and beyond. The wife’s rear tire popped on a ride last night. He was able to get a new tube and tire replaced within a couple hours. He went above and beyond the call of duty, thank you Joe. We will be back over and over again!

Super friendly staff who helped us with our rental. We had a pleasant conversation and received lots of great tips. The price was also absolutely top. Return was very uncomplicated and flexible in terms of time. All in all, everything was perfect, couldn't have been better!

Outfitted us for a trip to Banff - couldn’t recommend them enough. Went well above and beyond what was needed to see we are safe, even offering to have us send check-in messages periodically to know nothing happened. Even reasonably priced to boot!

Such a great vibe and ownership very responsive. Definately call in advance, but great communication. Highly recommend.

Please pay attention to Google-listed hours of operation! The website listed the business as being open; but, it was closed today. I hope to visit the next time I'm in town.

I have been meaning to write a review of my experience last month. I was in Calgary and rented a road bike from Joe. Firstly, Joe has a perfect spot, close to the river and his shop is so friendly looking. It was a breeze renting a bike, he gives his customers his cell# and informs me to text or call him if I need assistance (in case something went wrong with the bike, or if I get lost -maybe- because I am not from Calgary). Basically, it was very easy to find his shop, very easy to rent a bike and the location of the shop is PERFECT. I like riding and Alberta is BEAUTIFUL so when I return to Calgary, I will surely ride again and rent it from Joe's Garage.

Joe and Joes Garage are great. Keep him in mind for quick and concise evaluations on service and yes, you can borrow the pump.

I am updating my review and adding an extra star. Due to distance, the situation cannot be resolved, but I feel the business owner truly would like to fix the situation - indeed, he has offered, but I refuse to allow him to lose money on the transaction.

I learned about Joe's Garage 2 years ago and used his services several times to repair both of our bikes. After my baby stroller front tire burst, I spent weeks trying to get a hold of Graco, to no avail. I went by Joe's Garage and asked if he could help and he did!! Super grateful & highly recommend :)

Joe helped me out with my bike on my commute home, he even pointed out an issue I didn't even know my bike had. Very convenient on my way home down the pathway!
