Hoka Sneaker Repair. They were able to save my black Hoka sneakers that I use for work. I had a big fabric tear on the one sneaker, so they put a large leather patch from the inside the hold it all together. I highly recommend for any type of sneaker or shoe repair.

Called for an ESTIMATE on changing cheap old work boots - the man who answered was unbelievably RUDE and became aggressive. I would absolutely NEVER do business here based on how rude he was , a big shame because its the closest shoppe to me. Hope they can do better.

Was able to perfectly replace the zippers on my pair of Rick Owens - which I was super nervous about due to the ridiculous amount of money these cost. Will be back asap to have him Vibram the soles of my other Ricks!

Old school shoe repair and u can’t find that many in this area. All i can say he saved my $150 sneakers for more years now coming. This guys he knows what he is doing. Details are fenomenal and professional. Why don’t understand why same bad reviews!? Also not a lot people agree in pay first for the service. Yes u have to pay in front for service and than u pick up. I totally agree with them, i imagine how much money he lost when people leave it the things, and never pick up. Me personally im happy with their services and $30 very well spent.

Great work! I had originally brought my bag to another shop that I had used in the past to repair the side Leather Strip/D-Ring that the shoulder carrying strap attaches to on both sides of my bag. The other shop butchered my bag by shoving a leather loop in-between the side Leather Strip to replace where it connects at the D-Ring and it looked horrible (right side picture). I brought it to Joe’s hoping they could fix the damage and they did an amazing job! (left side picture). Not only did they fix my bag but they were able to also repair the terrible job the other shop did. Very happy with the work here!

This place sucks! I brought a par of shoes there to be fixed for a wedding in the first time.I wore them after they were supposedly fixed. They literally fell apart the day of the wedding. I would not recommend him.

Dropped off my Danner Moutain Lights for a re-sole of the Vibram outsole. Picked them up today and he did a beautiful job. Very clean with the glue and trimming. Ready for another round. He seems to be able to recraft any issue with leather shoes or boots. Will be back again.
Back again in January 2026, had a partial resole done on my Nick's boots. They are hand made in Spokane Washington and he handled their resoling beautifully.

Yelp
This guy ruined a pair of Nike Jordans! He couldn't do a simple repair. He gives me back my sneakers with what looks like a piece of white clay. It looked like 5 year old did it. When I commented on the work he got very angry, took the sneaker ripped the clay off with a pair of pliers and gave me a 75% refund.
Don't bother with this business. He should have been honest from the beginning instead of wasting my time and still kept part of my money...

Yelp
He does great work but he's a cash only business. I don't see that stated on his ad. I drove all the way there only to leave and have to go back another day with cash to get my boots fixed. He wouldn't take the boots unless I paid up front

Yelp
He fixed my favorite pair of Birkenstocks. The sole was coming off and after not being able to find a pair to replace these, I brought them in. A few days later they are all fixed up and look like they will last me a few more years. I was going to pay around 160 for a pair that was similar but didn't have the embellishment that mine do, now I have the pair I love for 30. Would recommend!

Yelp
I think the old ratings are for a previous owner or employee. I experienced professional service for a reasonable price. I had 5 expensive pairs of boots restored to my satisfaction. Extra effort and time were spent to ensure the design of my Prada boots was not compromised.

Yelp
Had an over 25 year old pair of Nine West Boots that needed some repair. Service was friendly, fast and my boots looked brand new when I picked them up. Would highly recommend Joe's Shoe Repair! FYI its cash only

Yelp
Have a favorite pair of summer sandals that was in dire need of some TLC. I was so happy to have discovered Joe's shoe repair. Not too many around, grew work and great prices.

Yelp
I had a pair of high-heeled boots that I've had for years and were my favorite boots. Over time, the soles had gotten destroyed and the leather was separated from them as well. I brought my boots to Joe's and I couldn't be happier with how they came out. They look like I just bought them. The work was by far worth the time and price (a week and a half, $60) to completely rebuild the bottom of the boots. The original price of them was $250 so $60 was very minor to me to have my favorite boots back. I'll definitely go back to Joe's for any other shoe repairs.

Yelp
Took my luxury boot with a broken zipper to Joe and he did a great job repairing it. Also resoled my husband's boots and they look brand new! Excellent and quick service. Thank you Joe!

Yelp
The gentlemen who helped me was disgruntled and rude. Overall, poor customer service skills and refuse to give my business to anyone of that sort. I strongly advise finding another store!
