I bought some items I liked during the summer sale. The male staff member was very kind and friendly, and he was also helpful. However, during this process, the shoes I wanted to buy were not clean, so I asked if there were any new items available. I believe we were not rude in any way during this process. However, the blonde female staff member assumed we didn't understand French and made some unfriendly remarks in French with an impatient attitude.
After leaving the store, our friend who understands French told us what she said, and we felt angry. I hope that blonde female staff understands that it is basic for customers to inquire about products, and it is not an offense. No one was rude to you, but your behavior was very impolite. This is not only about professional conduct but also basic human decency.
