John Bozeman's Bistro

I went to the Bistro for my birthday and had a great time! The staff was so friendly and treated our whole table as if we were royalty. i liked that the kids menu offered some grown up tastes so that my daughter could order off of it (she is not the macaroni and cheese type of girl!). The food was beyond excellent and they had a great wine selection. Can't wait to go again sometime soon!

Please note that most of the bad reviews are from +3 years ago. This is my new favorite place to eat. Never have a long wait, the food is delicious, staff is good. All the burgers are delicious! Salads are real leafy greens (not crappy iceberg lettuce). The prices are cheaper than most in town. Portions are generous. I lived here 2 years without knowing about this place. You will not be disappointed!

I had an amazing dinner at The Bistro. The food was amazing and I loved the atmosphere there! The servers were very friendly and our food came out quickly and delicious! I also love the wine selection. Great dining experience!! Can't wait to go again.

I had a great experience last night! My boyfriend and I went in by chance because our usual restaraunts had long wait times. We were seated right away. We were instantly greater by very friendly staff. Our waiter was very attentive. As soon as my wine glass was almost empty I was offered another one. Our meals were also excellent. I had the Cajun mahi mahi and my boyfriend had the ribeye. Our waiter was very accommodating when we asked for a different sauce than the Demi glaze on the ribeye. Our desert was also really good! Key lime pie that was the perfect blend of sweet and tart! This restaraunt is a hidden gem and I would definitely recommend it to friends!

John Bozeman's Bistro has been a reliable source of great food for many years. They train their employees well and do a good job of making you feel welcome. If you have special dietary needs there will always be something available for you. The last time I went was with a large group and our server was funny and didn't miss a beat handling the large table. The fries are good and the burgers for lunch are enormous.

So after recently being diagnosed as a celiac I've had a hard time going out to eat. Today I called up and spoke to a gentleman named Carl and asked if they cater to the gluten free crowd such as myself. To my surprise after being on hold for all of 10 seconds he told my I'd have no issues with most of their menu. I just ate what has to be the best fish tacos of my life. And am now waiting to go back in a week to spend my 10 anniversary with this business. High marks from this guy!!!

For the price, I wouldn't go back. Dish was supposed to be a seafood mixture, but really only had salmon and shrimp instead of the like 4 different types of seafood as the menu described and was overwhelmed with noodles. Overall, just very unimpressive, especially for the price point, if the entree was $10 dollars cheaper, maybe the review would be different. Also, doesn't serve drinks.

Excellent service and food. Dining experience was pleasant. Wine selections were paired nicely with the food offered. They have fantastic lunches as well.
