Overall, I’d say the quality was average. The pizza dough, which I consider a key part, was actually below average. The tomato sauce was decent, somewhere around medium quality but given the rating, I expected more. The place does have a few outdoor tables, which is a nice touch, though we couldn’t sit there as it was too crowded.

The best pizza experience I have ever had! The staff were lovely and friendly throughout our two trips to this restaurant- it was that good! The pizzas were phenomenal both nights - I will not be looking at another pizza in England the same now! The burrata was amazing and delicious. The variety of pizzas available was incredible and all the staff were so welcoming and attentive. I love the fact you can see them making the pizzas downstairs and then sent up to your floor!

Pizza was nice, burrata was squirting all over the pizza I dont know if this is right but generaly a nice place to eat food. The service was a biy strange to be fair it took a bit to realise that I was there and serve me but I dont judge that as that is a busy evening. Nice place tho 4 stars

Phenomenal Pizza! The dough is of high quality, with the perfect texture and easily digested. We were very impressed with the quality of the topings, they don't use any canned vegetables here, everything is fresh and top quality. The olives were marinated and full of flavor! Our go-to order was the 4 stagioni.

I have got to say this pizza was amazing and we all enjoyed it but our only problem was that each of us has to order an entree and it was too much food. There’s no way one person can eat a whole pizza but we could not share or they added a 10 euro charge. Even with drinks etc.

Very delicious pizzas, and the service was excellent as well. The truffle pizza is definitely worth trying.

Joia is a cozy and inviting spot in Chamonix, offering delicious Italian food and good service. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxed meal. One thing to note is that they require a €100 deposit for a reservation for four people, which might be unexpected for some. However, our overall experience was positive—the food was well-prepared, and the service was attentive. We would recommend Joia to anyone looking for a nice Italian dining experience in Chamonix!

Searched for a gluten free recommended restaurant, and this was near the top of the list. My gluten free pizza was superb, my wife’s gnocchi dish was also very tasty. Great service, dogs welcome and reasonably priced. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family. If you visit I hope you have an equally enjoyable time.

Fantastic pizza place. Definitely make a reservation - they are popular and fill up quick! If they are full though, they do take away and trust me, it's worth it to try their pizza. Everything is so fresh and tasty.

Best pizza in Europe!

Certainly the better pizza place in Chamonix. Lighter, fresher ingredients and more tomato sauce than cheese. Fluffy crusts. Bumped to 5 stars from being €20 each for pizza, beer or wine, and a generous (for France) 12.5% tip. Reservations a must on Thurs/Fri when we went.

This review is not for there pizza restaurant but rather for their new pasta restaurant "la pasta" they recently opened. Reasonably priced, very large portions , and wow, amazing quality. We had there porcini with truffle oil ravioli and the daily special of pumpkin gnocchi. Definitely unique and wonderful. Highly recommend Italian pasta restaurant in central Chamonix. Above ground and unique underground cave dining room just add more ambiance to the husband wife team that run the 2 different pizzeria moulin restaurants.

I've tried pizza throughout the U.S and Europe. This is my far the best pizza I have ever tried! The people working there are very helpful and welcoming. The pizza itself was delicious! I had the porcini and it was fresh and flavorful! The prices are fair and much more affordable them most places at Chamonix! The portions are copious! I recommend this place 100%

Seems to be popular with the locals. Must have a reservation! Food was good. Our waiter was not very personable?
