We had an awsome meal here to celebrate a special birthday. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and accommodated us by serving a specially decorated dessert for the occasion. A wine which matched fish and beef was a pleasant experience, especially as we were familiar with the producer but unaware of this particular wine.

This restaurant is part (or close) to the Britannia hotel so it belongs to the pricier choices. The food we had was really good. We got the fish and meat raw so we could prepare it ourselves on the barbecue that is part of the table we sat on. We really liked the food but the waiting time (for mainly raw fish and meat) was way too much. The service people were friendly though. Coming here is definitely a nice experience but next time a bit more speed for serving (we were really hungry) would be appreciated. We would nevertheless come back and recommend that location.

We had our family dinner here at Jonathan. Really cozy restaurant with modern and yet soft colour for the decoration. Comfortable. We chose Jonathan's cellar steak and Jonathan's selection of meat. Good portion of meat, vegetables, delicios potatoes and not least the dressing! We got to grill our food and this is exciting for both adults and kids. Try their desserts from apple tart, plums and honey & milk ice cream. Those are delicios. Highly recommended to eat here for a good food culinary. Very very clean restrooms.

The self serve Korean BBQ style food here are great. Probably the best in Trondheim. Would certainly recommend it. Very classy set-up and family friendly. Yours truly @fooderarri

Even though we did not have reservations the staff was very accommodating. We were seated at the upstairs bar while we waited. Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Worth the price and will go again.

Had a set 5-course menu. Food was below average, but for the price (1100kr/per person excl. drinks) you expect more… portions were small (smaller thsn the average set-menu), steaks were served burned like coal, and had to wait for 30 extra minutes for new round. Service was nothing to brag about, friendly, but not very attentive or eager to compensate for the steaks.

I wanted to give this place 4 or 5 stars but unfortunately there were multiple flaws during our service. We ordered wagyu but we were not informed that the 50g wagyu we got would also contain tail cuts (worst part of the wagyu). Secondly didn't get all the side dishes and sauces as the table next to us ordered the same and got broccoli and another sauce. The service was great overall but a little slow and the flavours was good but would expect better quality for the meat and wagyu cut. Also you would expect them to remember all the side dishes for this price range.

Lovely culinary experience... The service was good. The waiter was attentive. The food was also perfect. I would definitely go back again.
