Great service! We use JonesIT for our IT work and they are always great at pinpointing the issue and finding the solutions. Specifically was great working with Daniel Ortega. He was so quick at helping me solve my issue. He knew exactly what to do and how to guide me along. I am not a MacIOS user, so it has been a bit of a learning curve, but Daniel was amazing at supporting me through and solving my issue.

We've successfully rolled out an MDM to all of our endpoints. Ensured each endpoint had anti-malware that was actively monitoring and quarantining threats. Conducted a security review with helpful mitigation recommendations. Additionally, they have provided incredibly prompt Help Desk support for the smooth flow of day-to-day IT operations. I know I have the option of many MSPs, but I'm so glad I chose Jones IT. I know they have my back!

I had a little bit of trouble connecting with the team that manages my company's account. About 8 work hours where I did not received help. So I called up their help desk number (thank you for having one where people actually answer!!!!) and I was able to get transferred to a manager, Marcell Urbina, who was extremely helpful in getting my new laptop set up with all the programs and apps required. He was extremely attentive, knew programs inside and out, and was very professional. He was a Godsend since I needed to get work emails out later that night. Really appreciate the hard work and service.

Our nonprofit uses Jones IT and Marcell and Joey are the best! Marcell works around the clock to take care of our IT needs and is always super approachable and friendly. He explains the issue carefully to you (in a way you'll understand) and will give you great estimates on how long it will take to fix the issue. It seems like no matter when we contact him, he's responsive, happy to help, and extremely professional. He also goes above and beyond to fix your issues quickly. I can't say enough good things!

Charise is really helpful with all our IT needs here at Peerspace. We really enjoy having her on deck she has a really positive attitude and is always very patient with our team.

We love Jones IT. They are easy to work with and work around our schedule. Most importantly, they communicate. We aren't kept in the dark and there is never a need to nag them to find out what is going on. We know what is going on with our tech because Jones IT makes sure of it. They handle everything from minor software issues to migrating our whole organization over to G Suite. Earl has brought organization to the IT side of the office. Our network room is no longer a bundle of wires and we can rely on our computers to just simply work. If anything goes wrong they are just a call away and get to work promptly. Our wifi is great, we don't waste time trying to get our devices to work, and the office is a happier place with Jones IT.

In November, I began a search for an IT company that would best serve the needs of the non-profit company I work for. I came across Jones IT via Yelp. Not only did they have glowing review after glowing review but their company website was aesthetically pleasing and designed very well. I decided to contact them, set up an in person meeting with Evan and Roberto, and the rest is history. Since working with Jones IT, our needs have been met beyond our expectations. On top of fast turnaround times and constant communication, they always keep us in the loop. The whole team has been nothing but helpful and we know we can trust them to fix any issue that may arise. The stress level at work has decreased tremendously knowing that our office will no longer be taken down by a connectivity issue thanks to Jones IT. It's been a pleasure working with the Jones IT team, everyone we have interacted with have been so friendly, personable, and helpful. Andy has especially been professional and knowledgeable, always reaching out to see if we have any issues, and always following up after our issues have been resolved. He also did not judge our office when he found out that all of our printers were named after Tupac songs. All in all, I highly recommend Jones IT.

Our nonprofit hired JonesIT as our external IT consultants. We don't have a dedicated IT staff member so we have lots of tech needs. I've had the opportunity to work with Marcell. He has been amazing to work with. I admire his flexibility, knowledge and dependability. He doesn't make our staff feel like a burden when we ask the most simplest (to him) questions. He always makes a way for us to get what we need done. He made sure we had our individual laptops and server backed up just in case a laptop was stolen or we had a natural disaster. Lastly, he's always ON TIME!! I would recommend JonesIT to any nonprofit needing additional or a lot IT assistance just because of the work I've done with Marcell.

Do you LOVE guys who really KNOW computers? If so, then Jones IT Consulting has the computer geeks for you to upgrade your system, connect to a new wireless account, retrieve lost files, etc. My family and I have worked with Evan and his team for the past decade. Evan and his team have been nothing short of professional. His team has helped us in so many ways...burn files onto cds, delete files from an old PC to be donated, resolve internet connectivity problems, Evan even offered internet tutorials, and installed free antivirus software on my new laptop among other things. If I have an IT problem I know who to call...do you?

My company had a crisis situation where our SF office's internet was down. The fiber provider wouldn't send someone out since the line was fine. It was an internal hardware infrastructure issue somewhere. We called Jones IT Consulting and they were able to come out the same day. After some troubleshooting, Evan diagnosed the issue and all was well. It was so small and quirky we would have spent the next week trying to figure it out. We'll definitely be calling Evan and Jones IT Consulting in the future.

We've been working with Evan since 2005, and how lucky we were to find him! We had to move offices and build a network for our 3 offices from scratch, and he set everything up - from migrating our emails from Lotus Notes to MS Outlook to finding and installing all the hardware we'd need. It was comforting to know that with all the headaches of moving offices that our IT wouldn't be an issue. He is always accessible when an issue pops up, and works late and on weekends when needed. What's great too is he's so reasonable. He doesn't overcharge for troubleshooting issues that take longer than expected, and he always tries to find affordable (yet reliable) equipment and vendors for us. It's been over 5 years that we've used his services, and I'm so glad he's been able to expand and add support and an office. If you need IT support give him a try - you won't regret it!

Jones IT makes you and your computer better than you were before you came in. I would highly recommend them to anyone with computer issues no matter how big or small the case. They guys not only know their stuff, they're able to talk to you like a human versus most companies with introverts that speak computer. Seriously! When my Macbook pro went down they were able to recover my music files and organized play lists they I haden't backed up in months. You can imagine how important this is for a DJ. They literally saved me days (weeks really) of re-downloading and organizing. Originally I had taken my mac to the genius bar at the Apple store, they said they wouldn't be able to save my lost data. I was getting ready to throw in the towel and start over. I asked Evan for help and within a couple hours I had my music and files back to the way they were before the crash. Career saver!

I have used Jones IT several times over the years. They have helped me with hardware and software purchases as well as setting up my office's network. I rely heavily on reliable and secure web access to do my job, and the help Jones IT has given me has allowed me to focus on my work without worrying about IT issues. One thing that I appreciate about Jones IT is that they work as a team. Whether I have Andy helping me learn how to integrate the newest gadget into my network, Roberto teaching me how to cope with the newest Windows update, or Evan helping me figure out which cloud service will work best with my work goals, I know that Jones IT always provides quality and professional IT help.

There is so much to be said about having a strong IT partner and Marcell at Jones is probably the best IT consultant they have! I would have been completely lost without him. Evan and Ers really know what they're talking about in terms of data loss prevention. My iBook crashed a month ago, and I hadn't backed up my data for about a month. I lost tax info and maybe more importantly, pictures from Valentine's Day with my wife. Jones IT got my data back, and helped me fix my laptop so that I wouldn't have to drop 2 grand on buying a new one. Everyone knows that you need to back up your data regularly (daily or more); these guys don't just tell you to do it, but they explain what exact steps you need to take, affordable recommendations for equipment (if necessary), and what you need to do for regular maintenance, so that you won't need to call them back for more data recovery services. I work at an organization headquartered in SF with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles and our phones went down and we were urgently looking for solutions all weekend, with minimal help from our vendor relationships. We were so fortunate to find Jones IT Consulting and Evan Jones, who on unbelievably short notice, took our call and in the same day, took our computer, and revamped everything. Not only that, he came in and spent time after hours talking with our vendors and eventually solving the problem and our phones are back in working order. Because of this, we will be working with Jones IT Consulting as a main source for solving all of our IT/tech problems. Evan is a pleasure to work with, is super responsive, and most importantly, he fixes urgent problems swiftly.

I have waited over a week to write this review because that is how long I have waited (and STILL waiting) for a tech to call back to fix an IT emergency. I was a client of theirs for the last 2.5 years and they have always been responsive and fixed any IT issues I had for my small business until this last occasion. I called on August 31st (Wed) to tell them we had an IT EMERGENCY and couldn't log onto our software to access our customer database from our client computer. The receptionist said they were really busy. OK, understandable. I asked how long it would take for someone to get back to me. She said someone will get back to you by the end of the day. Didn't hear from them on Wednesday nor Thursday. Alright, I am going to give them a second chance since I have worked with them in the past. Friday morning I call to check the status and the receptionist said a tech is looking it over and will get back to me. 8 days later, NOTHING! I checked all my missed calls, voice messages, e-mails both personal and work to make sure I didn't inadvertently miss them. In the meantime, I have already found another IT company that had a tech fix our IT problem remotely within a couple hours of reaching out to them. I write this review for other small businesses. Small businesses don't have the funds to hire an IT tech full time so we need someone we can consult with on an as needed basis that is reliable and responsive and Jones IT completely dropped the ball on this one.

I don't know how we went for so long without a proper IT support team. I'd like to thank Drew for his ongoing support, going above and beyond what he is requested to do at all times. Sarang and Earl, thank you both for your help with setting up our new internet as well as cleaning up the messy wires in the closet. I have been working directly with Jones IT for support in an office setting of 30 employees, and I have been incredibly impressed with their service. Our consultant Nikki has been a life saver! Very smart, responsive, thoughtful and professional. She's there whenever we need her and she somehow manages to know exactly what to do! Justice Lammers has been amazing at managing our IT services for our overall needs! His response time is impressive, always clear in his communication of the issues at hand, what the solutions may entail, and all the processes involved of how to get there with a quick turnaround. I've dealt with many IT services in the past that have been been frustrating because of poor communication or inability to fix issues in a timely manner seemingly stretching out the clock making you feel like they are just racking up a hefty bill. I've been extremely impressed by Justice as he has been a tremendous support for our Network upgrades, Wifi, Data Backup, IT security, G Suite migration, Telecom services (VoIP, Ring central), you name it! He's professional, communicative, works quickly, really smart and hard working, trustworthy, and a total superstar!

Jones IT recently helped us move offices and set up a whole new infrastructure at our new location in downtown SF. Our IT consultant, Sarang, helped us pick out the right ISP, upgrade our wifi, and find a backup ISP so we aren't at risk of losing downtime. Our team was able to get back to work without any issues. The team at Jones IT is incredible. Our firm went through a number of outfits before landing with Jones IT and what a relief when we came on board all those years ago. I've worked a lot with Matt and Marcell who are awesome and so quick to respond. If they can't, someone will. Everyone there is up to date with our firm's unique and often times bizarre software and they also know about current cyber threats to our industry and how to deal with them. I can't recommend these guys enough. Evan was a life saver. After working with RocketScience and experiencing detrimental issues and having them throw in the towel on our situation with a "well we've done all we can do" attitude, I contacted Jones IT. Evan came onsite and listened patiently as I voiced our concerns, then he hit the ground running and came up with clear and practical solutions. He is the House of IT providers. Anytime we have an issue, Evan responds with clear cut solutions and with all of our preferences/financial situations in mind. If I claim something is urgent and we need it installed the next morning, he makes it work. If you want to trust your outsourced IT provider to make decisions in the best interest of your company and to respond with outstanding customer service, then Jones IT is the company you need to be speaking with.

Our law firm contacted Evan in 2004 when we were moving our practice to San Francisco. Since then, we have moved and expanded twice, set up an office on the East Coast and in China. Evan has been our one and only IT guy, now for 7 years. From finding a connection problem in China at 2am, to providing an absolute seamless move with a staff of 12, 12 new computers, a new server, and a new phone system. We did not lose one minute of productive time. He sets the bar high, and he is highly recommended.

Evan, Jason, and the rest of the team at Jones IT are the best group of IT professionals that I have worked with. My company, Limos.com, was basically pulled from the fire by Jones IT on several occasions. They were always able to put up with my last minute requests and still deliver by my ridiculous deadlines. I thanked my lucky stars quite often after seeing a timely and friendly response from the Jones IT team when I was in desperate need of assistance. Asking them for help setting up a laptop for a new hire that was, surprise, starting tomorrow!!!! That was not a problem for the Jones IT team. They could do most of what we needed remotely and the times when they came to the office they were courteous, polite, professional and personable. I would recommend Jones IT to anyone.

This is an amazing company. When Aaron first arrived at our office we were surprised at how friendly and accommodating he was (previous companies provided us with stereotypical IT guys who seemed less patient with us and were more introverted). Our company has worked mostly with Aaron, but have had a sub here and there but all have been consistent with their level of patience, ability to get things done quickly, and being super friendly.If you are looking for skilled IT professionals minus the stereotypical bland IT personality and pretentiousness, this company is it!

Friendly, knowledgeable information and advice during the initial phone call. Summarized technical issue quickly and clearly, and set expectations about what they usually advise and can deliver. As a consultant myself, I can say these guys know what professional services are, and how to best deliver them to customers. They seem like the real deal.

I highly recommend these guys. Another IT firm set up our home network - and it never worked right. Evan from Jones IT did an initial diagnosis over the phone, suggesting a different type of router which I bought it that night. He showed up in the morning, and within an hour we started getting blazing fast wi-fi for the first time throughout the entire condo. He and the guy training with him couldn't have been nicer, and they even spent extra time at no charge reprogramming our external hard drive. Five stars for knowing what they're doing, and especially for superb customer service.

They are no longer taking on new clients but Ersinan Mohammed spent 15 minutes on the phone with me sharing recommendations on web hosting, email, business apps, backups, outsourcing via oDesk, and other IT best practices for small business owners like myself... he then followed up with a recap email outlining everything that was shared over the phone -- at no charge. Not to mention, the conversation was completely relaxed and genuine -- just like I was talking to a friend. This is what SERVICE is all about; making people feel cared for, understood and important. Evan's spot on. I've worked in application design for 20 years with some exp. in admin... but no expert in that area. This guy responds quickly and knows his stuff. You can't ask for more than that, and you often don't find it in support. You want to see people like this do well.

The medium-sized non-profit I work for in the Mission contracts with Jones IT to manage over 30 users. They do a great job and are easy to work with, responsive, responsible, and know what they're doing. We get much more attention than with our past IT contractors, for about the same price. It's also nice to support a local business that has a younger staff that's really on top of things. It's great to work with their whole crew, including Evan, Nicole, Ers and Andy. I recommend them highly.

Alas, I don't know who ~Jones~ is, but I give thanks to him every Monday through Thursday 8am-1pm(ishhh) for blessing my professional life with Maisie, Eric, and Padawan Riley. Among the iced coffee-fueled chatter and fusbol-clatter of our open workspace, these three are a quiet but mighty resource. Hidden within the enclave of a repurposed restaurant booth lies our very own IT department and, despite the infinite clutter of spare dongles and keyboards (do people still use those?), they always make room for me to plop down with my Mac. Whether I lost all my files, fried my logic board, or just want to talk about rock-climbing, these three have my back. Friendly amidst even the most frazzled of our employees and efficient no matter the task (they've reached out to me after hours to ensure my problem was solved!), they keep our company functioning very securely and keep us smiling throughout process.
