I enjoy working with Jones IT. I have had a great experience with one of their employees - Russell. He always is responsive and is very detailed in his help no matter what the problem is. I appreciate both the enthusiasm and professionalism that he has brought to both working with me and solving my IT related problems!

We use Jones IT at our company and have done so for years. They are a huge asset for a third-party IT management, and they have been a tremendous help to our organization. The team that supports us have great attitudes are always available during the support window, are quick to respond to our users, and go above and beyond to support our organization. I’d like to specifically call out Daniel, who I interact with many times a week, no matter what request I throw at him, he is friendly, helpful, and quick.
