The food was great! And overall experience was nice. The only thing is when I ask something, the waiter replied "yes" and when I'm about to order he said they don't have that and it's not possible. Next time maybe listen properly to the customer first before answering. But overall it's great

The goat cheese and fig salad with chicken is to die for ! Love the menu and ability to edit options (including vegan options). Good brunch/lunch menu items and good coffee. Their portions are just right. Staff are friendly and service is fast. 100% recommend.

Food portions were good… Sharing platter was very good amount for seven people along with the salads… Service very nice Lots of thanks to our attendant Saroz

I really do not like hamburger. The meat was smelling and it was not delicious. I told the waiter that I did not like it but nothing changed. I would not recommend it. You should go for another option apart from hamburger.

This is my second visit to this place Jones the Grocer for breakfast, and I’m even more impressed! They’ve introduced a new menu with an exciting variety of dishes, and everything I tried was simply delicious. The fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation remain top-notch. The staff, as always, were warm and welcoming. Jones the Grocer continues to be my favorite breakfast spot, and with this new menu, I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Came here one of the weekday afternoon and the ambience sitting was nice. At the least my baby was enjoying her time when over here. Ordered a burger and the meat was quite juicy. However, fries were so dry and overcooked which the restaurant had to get this remake. Hooping their quality could be improved again in the future.

Review of Jones the Grocer – Mall of the Emirates I recently dined at Jones the Grocer in Mall of the Emirates, and while the food lived up to its reputation, the service was a major letdown. From the moment we sat down, the waiter was frustratingly inattentive and unprofessional. They seemed distracted, got parts of our order wrong, and lacked basic courtesy. To make matters worse, when the bill arrived, there were multiple mistakes, and I had to go through the hassle of pointing them out and waiting for corrections. It was an unnecessary inconvenience that soured the experience. That being said, the food itself was quite good. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were well-balanced, making it clear that the kitchen team knows what they’re doing. However, no matter how good the food is, poor service can ruin a dining experience, and unfortunately, that’s what happened here. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return unless they improve their service standards.
