Jones the Grocer

Had lunch at Jones the Grocer and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The beachside setting has a lovely relaxed vibe with a stylish, modern aesthetic that makes it perfect for a chilled afternoon meal. Arlene looked after us and she was fantastic the whole way through, attentive, friendly, and great at explaining everything on the menu. Her customer service really stood out and made the meal even better. I started with the fried calamari, which was light, crispy, and packed with flavour. For my main, I had the chargrilled harissa chicken served with harissa mayo, herby couscous salad, rocket, pickled carrots, and pomegranate, an amazing combination of flavours and textures that worked beautifully together. Everything tasted so fresh and well-balanced. Great food, great service, great location, and a place I’d happily come back to.

Had a lovely breakfast at Jones the Grocer! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served exactly to my preference. I’m really happy with the service the staff were attentive and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. I even requested a last-minute change to my drink, and they still managed to accommodate it without any hassle, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a great breakfast spot with amazing food, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality breakfast experience!

I had lunch few days ago at this place. The vibes are outstanding. Service was good but the food wasn’t as good. I have ordered fatoosh salad and added grilled chicken to it. The meat came cold and hard. They said it was fresh cooked but it felt it was one day old and warmed up. Very chewy. It was replaced with the burger which was actually way better. So I recommend the burger :)

Great spot for lunch right on the beach at The Palm! The seafood was fresh and flavorful, and they have some excellent fresh juice options too. It’s a relaxing place to enjoy good food with an ocean view. Just a heads-up — the flies come out pretty quickly once your food arrives, but the staff is great about setting something out to help with that, and they’ve got fans running so it stays comfortable even outside. Overall, a solid beachside dining experience and definitely worth a stop while in Dubai!

Great place and great food! We joined a beach workout organized by Reset Fitness, and it was the perfect spot with both beach and city views. Afterwards, we had breakfast here at Jones the Grocer — the food was very tasty and healthy, and the customer service was superb! Thanks to Jerom & Prady! They also have a Christmas Day offer that’s perfect for families. We’ll definitely be back!

Visited here twice so far during our stay at the Hilton, once each for lunch and breakfast with adults and children and everyone was happy with their food. All staff were great. During breakfast Ahmed served us and delivered great service, really lovely interaction and engagement with my 5 year old.

Honestly food quality in this place is unmatched! Been coming here two years in a row and never been disappointed. Can't remember the names of the staff that served us last year but this year we've been served by Joanna & Arlene. Both lovely and polite ladies.

I liked eating here for lunch because they do amazing salads in healthy portions. Indoor and outdoor seating available, air-conditioning inside. Friendly staff. Very good food and iced beverages. Nice calm and peaceful vibe. Jerom was our server and he was very attentive, got us everything we needed. Chicken karage was my all time favourite small bites. The roasted cauliflower and crispy chickpea salad was my fav salad.
