Food is good, atmosphere is amazing. Service can improve or a call button can be added to the table. Servers are extremely busy and don’t look around often. Also had ordered some flowers and told the reception and my server that I was expecting flowers for my wife, in-spite of that no one helped either get the flowers to the table or sent the flower guy to the table. I got a call from the flower guy not even the server or reception had to go out to the reception and get it myself. Small gesture makes a big difference. While making the booking to told them I was celebrating my anniversary would have appreciated some help at-least with the flowers. Don’t expect any special treatment if you’re celebrating a special occasion. Food and place is good kids will enjoy just get a change of clothes.

Jones the Grocer was all around, a fantastic place for a lunch. Good service, good menu with a wide selection of high quality dishes. The cauliflower and chick pea salad was delicious! My partner loved the Dan Dan noodles. The music isn’t too loud - it’s perfect and creates an ideal and enjoyable atmosphere to hang out for a bit. Comfortable, shaded outdoor seating.

Had lunch at Jones the Grocer and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The beachside setting has a lovely relaxed vibe with a stylish, modern aesthetic that makes it perfect for a chilled afternoon meal. Arlene looked after us and she was fantastic the whole way through, attentive, friendly, and great at explaining everything on the menu. Her customer service really stood out and made the meal even better. I started with the fried calamari, which was light, crispy, and packed with flavour. For my main, I had the chargrilled harissa chicken served with harissa mayo, herby couscous salad, rocket, pickled carrots, and pomegranate, an amazing combination of flavours and textures that worked beautifully together. Everything tasted so fresh and well-balanced. Great food, great service, great location, and a place I’d happily come back to.

Jones the Grocer at Palm West Beach delivered an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we sat down, the relaxed beachfront atmosphere and warm service set the tone for a perfect meal. Everything we ordered came out fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. The Burrata Salad was a standout beginning — creamy, rich burrata paired beautifully with fresh greens and sweet tomatoes. It felt light yet indulgent at the same time. The Goat Cheese Salad was equally impressive, with its mix of arugula, walnuts, and tangy cheese coming together perfectly. The textures were balanced, the dressing was just right, and every bite had something interesting. The Turkey Sandwich surprised us with how good it was. Served warm and pressed to perfection, the melted cheese with the turkey and greens made it a simple but incredibly satisfying dish. Sometimes the easiest things are the ones that shine the most. The Italian Pizza was another highlight — thin, crispy crust with generous toppings and a delicious blend of cheese and salami. It came out hot, flavourful, and just the right level of char on the edges. We finished with the Lava Cake, and it was the perfect ending. Warm, gooey, rich chocolate with a soft center — exactly how a lava cake should be. Overall, Jones the Grocer at the Palm delivered a flawless experience. Great food, beautiful setting, and excellent service. Fully deserves 5 stars.

Had a lovely breakfast at Jones the Grocer! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served exactly to my preference. I’m really happy with the service the staff were attentive and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. I even requested a last-minute change to my drink, and they still managed to accommodate it without any hassle, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a great breakfast spot with amazing food, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality breakfast experience!

We spent the afternoon celebrating a friend’s birthday at Jones the Grocer The Palm. Everything was amazing — the staff, the food, the experience! Nersina was so welcoming, Arun & Ankit were very attentive, Iman made us fantastic coffee. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the truffle steak. ❤️❤️❤️

I had lunch few days ago at this place. The vibes are outstanding. Service was good but the food wasn’t as good. I have ordered fatoosh salad and added grilled chicken to it. The meat came cold and hard. They said it was fresh cooked but it felt it was one day old and warmed up. Very chewy. It was replaced with the burger which was actually way better. So I recommend the burger :)

Great place and great food! We joined a beach workout organized by Reset Fitness, and it was the perfect spot with both beach and city views. Afterwards, we had breakfast here at Jones the Grocer — the food was very tasty and healthy, and the customer service was superb! Thanks to Jerom & Prady! They also have a Christmas Day offer that’s perfect for families. We’ll definitely be back!
