I had the pleasure of being served by Sandra during my visit to Jones the Grocer, and she truly elevated the entire dining experience. From the moment we arrived, Sandra greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and made us feel immediately welcome. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent recommendations that suited our preferences perfectly. Sandra anticipated our needs, ensured our table was always looked after, and managed to balance efficiency with friendliness effortlessly. What stood out most was her professionalism paired with her personable nature—she treated every guest with the same care, making the atmosphere feel both refined and relaxed. Sandra is a credit to Jones the Grocer, and her service turned a good meal into a memorable one.

We visited Jones the Grocer for breakfast and had an excellent experience. We ordered the Jones Big English, Sujuk Sunrise, and the Benny. Every dish was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The beef bacon, mushrooms, and sausage stood out in particular — everything was done just right. Sandra was amazing. She started our day with some laughs and her service was truly immaculate. Friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. The ambience was cozy and inviting, creating a relaxed and comfortable setting for breakfast. Highly recommend this place for great food and a great start to your day.

Visited Jones the Grocer SZR today and tried two dishes: the Anatolia Eggs and the Berry Hotcake. The Anatolia Eggs were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented as always. But the real star of the meal was the Berry Hotcake 🥞 Fluffy, light, and perfectly cooked, the hotcake was topped generously with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a luscious berry compote. Every bite had the right balance of sweetness, tang, and richness, especially with the drizzle of syrup and cream. It’s one of those desserts (or breakfasts!) that instantly makes you happy and feels almost too pretty to cut into 😀 until you do, and it’s even better inside. Truly a must try if you visit! A big shoutout to Sandra, my server, who was super friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by for the Berry Hotcake, you won’t regret it!

We love jones the grocer and the best branch is definitely SZ Road! Basit our server was amazing from start to finish, so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal and experience including a special cheese tasting before our mains arrived! We had a lovely time here during our brunch sort of 😊 My friends were supposed to meet up for breakfast but stayed almost till 1pm 😃 Sandra was our hostess & she was amazing. The dan dan noodles was good.. and the goat cheese with fig salad was just amazing. We ordered another pasta (name I forgot now) which was just OK. Also loved the Iced Spanish latte & the French toast.

I had the Jones’ English breakfast and what a treat it was. The sour bread toast was char- grilled and the hash browns contained dill which was a pleasant twist on an old favorite. The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. High quality service from my waiter Sanjay 👏What an amazing way to start my day!

We loved the food! The burger was amazing and the salad of figs and goat cheese. Basit was very welcoming and helpful especially with the baby.
