We had an unforgettable dining experience at Joontos, located at Dar Tantora The House Hotel in the heart of AlUla Old Town. The atmosphere is truly unique — intimate, romantic, and beautifully lit by candles, creating a magical setting for a special evening. The menu is beautifully curated, combining Arabic, Western, and Lebanese influences in perfect harmony. Every dish we tried was exceptionally delicious, refined, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was outstanding: professional, warm, and highly attentive, with the team speaking excellent English and responding immediately to every request. The absolute highlight of our experience was the incredible support we received in organizing a marriage proposal. From the previous day, the team went above and beyond to help me plan every detail, including live music and a breathtaking setup that exceeded all expectations. It was truly a dreamlike and emotional moment. Everything was flawless and unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning and reliving moments like these again.

We had a wonderful experience at Joontos. Despite the difficult weather, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and managed to get us a table, which we really appreciated. The service throughout the meal was warm, attentive and professional. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing. The date lamb rock deserves a special mention it is quite simply the best lamb I have ever tried in the Gulf countries. They also made us discover the mahalabia and shared the story behind it at Joontos, which was a lovely and memorable touch. A big thank you to the whole team for making the evening so enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Wow, absolutely stunning dishes. The array of flavors and textures is exquisite. The sambusek, the chickpeas, the amuse bouche, the bread & spreads, the mocktails, and every member of the staff. Fantastic all around. Thanks for such a wonderful evening! Oh, and breakfast was fabulous too!

For very discerning travelers who are very difficult to please, this was an outstanding meal for all the senses. Every bite tasted amazing, the setting, the smells, the music, complemented by Clint orchestrating the excellent staff to deliver an outstanding service. Congratulations. This was the best Arabian/Middle Eastern meal I’ve ever had.👏👏

I loved the vibes, the restaurant manger is amazing, but the staff is so untrained uneducated unprofessional i feel like I’m in an Indian restaurant when they can not understand Arabic and English, i had a hard time trying to ask them for stuff, Also the food was extremely sour specially the chicken i couldn’t eat it because it hurts my tongue. I would comeback if they change the staff or train them, and fix the issue with their usage of sour… Also the table next to me complained about the food. The restaurant is in amazing place it could be way better than what it is now

Absolutely wonderful Masoob was amazing ! All our food was lovely and the Front of house manager was so informative about the hotel and foods , we really enjoyed and hope to stay there on our next visit
