Worst stay ever! The place is shady, without any safe feeling. Worst part is there very rude and unprofessional behavior. A bad review in booking and they were threatening for law defamation case! You should rather stay outside in a bench that staying there.zero stars

It's alright. Very clean, great location and nice staff. My room was very smelly, but I believe it was the other guests fault, not the hostel's, because there was food leftovers all around, alcohol bottles and cans all around and strange folks, but all good in general. It was cheap, I had an easy self check-in and the bed was very comfortable.

Dear Hostel Management, Your response is a clear indication of how poorly you treat your guests and handle issues. First and foremost, it's astonishing that you would use personal insults in your reply to a legitimate concern. This is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. Regarding your assertion about the reservation rules, it’s common knowledge that emergencies happen. A more reputable establishment would have at least made an effort to understand the situation and offer a solution, rather than hastily canceling a fully paid reservation without any attempt at communication. It's shocking that you believe it's acceptable to take payment for a service you did not provide and then turn around and cancel the reservation without any notice. Moreover, your attempt to invalidate this review by pointing out that it wasn't written by the reservation holder only underscores your inability to take responsibility for your actions. The fact remains that your hostel failed to deliver on a paid service and then responded to feedback with hostility and insults. For future customers considering this hostel, be aware: the management here clearly prioritizes strict, inflexible rules over customer satisfaction and basic human decency. If you book here, don’t expect any understanding or flexibility in the event of an emergency, and certainly don’t expect a courteous response if you have any issues. I really liked it. We stayed for four nights, and it was clean, warm and comfortable. The building is lovely, full of character, and very bright and colourful inside. It felt safe and secure, as there are two number locks to get inside. Staff and the other guests were all friendly and helpful. The room wasn't huge but it was big enough, and the bed far more comfortable than it looked. The shower is spacious and never seemed to run out of hot water. The hair dryer cuts out after about a minute, but I'm assuming that's a safety feature. The kitchen had all you could need and had lots of room for preparing food and dining. The oven wasn't working, but we just bought food that could be put in the microwave. For the vegans, it's in the perfect location because there is an amazing vegan cafe directly over the street ☺️ For everyone else, it's in the perfect location because it's only a few minutes walk into town or to the station. Only thing I would say is that I'm a very heavy sleeper and slightly deaf, and while i had four nights of really good sleep, if you're a light sleeper looking to stay more than one night you might struggle, because the walls are very thin...you can hear the shower running three rooms away and people's conversations even when they're talking very quietly. This didn't bother me at all, but my daughter had to buy earplugs. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff are insanely rude. I gave them a review on booking, pointing out what was BAD about my stay. I had no problem with the hostel’s staff during my stay, but in response to my review they literally called me “a piece of s….”. You can find my review and their reply on Booking. I strongly advise against staying here, there are many much better places to stay, for a slightly higher fee.

This hostel is an absolute nightmare. I booked and paid for a stay from the 5th to the 13th of August but had to leave on the 2nd day I got Poland due to an emergency back home. When I returned on the 11th, they had canceled my entire reservation without notice, leaving me stranded with no key, no help, and no one to talk to. Despite paying in full, I was forced to find another place to stay. Their complete lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s not worth the risk.
