Jordan House Tavern & Lodging

Premium room was clean & very spacious. Staff were pleasant & accommodating. Check in & check out went smoothly. |Location was very convenient.|Entrance of Jordan House looked worn down. Furniture was weathered. Pillows were thin.|I would not consider this a Luxury Hotel. It was not worth the $300/ night.

We wanted to share a great experience we had this evening for dinner. All of the employees were personable and very friendly. They definitely know how to provide a great customer experience. But that’s not the most impressive thing about tonight. We ordered a 16” Buffalo chicken pizza and it came out with an apology that it was slightly burnt. Without asking us if we wanted a replacement pizza, they were well on their way of cooking another one for us. In the meantime we could start eating what we wanted until a whole new one would come out! Talk about exceeding customer expectations! The second pizza was as delicious as the first one. As this was our first time there it could have turned out to be a very disappointing experience but instead left a lasting impression on us. We will definitely be back and share this experience with friends and family! Thank you again Jordan House!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly polite and professional. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous. A special highlight was the pumpkin cheesecake, which was made by their own manager — it was simply amazing! Rich, creamy, and full of flavor — the perfect way to end a great meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and genuine hospitality.

I just visited the tavern. Braised beef dip, French fries (which appears to be twice baked), braised lamb shank and bolognese were great. Recommend all.

The food was excellent. Ashleigh is a great server. There was a bit of construction going on when we were there. It was very noisy and she felt bad. No charge! Will definitely be a back!

Large comfortable room, excellent shower, excellent fridge, location perfect for the restaurant next door. The food was fantastic. Best mussels I've ever had.....compliments to the chef. Peach cheescake was delicious. Wait staff very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

This younger, less pretentious relative of the prestigious “Inn on the 20” is perfect for the visitor who’s activities have them exploring the sites around the region and who require well appointed, nicely designed accommodations. Check in was fast and very friendly. If you are lucky enough to purchase the seasonal package which includes a dining coupon to the Jordan pub you’ll find the food tasty, plentiful and the service welcoming. This is our third visit and we’re planning our return next year.

Our Vespa Club stopped in for a bite to eat and a couple of drinks, and we were thoroughly impressed! The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great experience!
