I had a genuinely pleasant stay at Jordan Tower Hotel. Mr. Raad , in particular, made the experience memorable — from the moment I arrived in Jordan until I boarded my flight home, he was consistently checking in and ensuring I was comfortable, no matter where I’m in Jordan, be it at Madaba, Wadi Mujib, Wadi Musa, Wadi Rum - His hospitality is genuine and truly stands out.
The hotel itself is in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city. Rooms were clean, breakfast was satisfying, and room service was prompt and efficient. One great perk is the free walking tour offered — it’s absolutely worth it! You get a solid introduction to Amman and Jordanian culture, with great insights from the guide. (Just note that tipping is expected.)
A couple of things to keep in mind: despite the listing mentioning free parking, the slots are very limited, so plan accordingly. Also, drinking water isn't complimentary — I’d recommend skipping the hotel’s overpriced water and buying it from the shop just downstairs instead.
Overall, the hotel isn’t too expensive nor too budget — it strikes a good balance for a comfortable, happy stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for the warm hospitality and location.
