Jordan Tower Hotel

Very good central location. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Free walking tour was very nice. Allowed us to get to know the city better, taught us how to navigate the local markets and try the best food in downtown Amman. Regarding the room, there is no elevator at the hotel but we didn’t have any issue carrying our suitcases. The room was tidy and air conditioned. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, for the price I would recommend given the location and service.

I had a genuinely pleasant stay at Jordan Tower Hotel. Mr. Raad , in particular, made the experience memorable — from the moment I arrived in Jordan until I boarded my flight home, he was consistently checking in and ensuring I was comfortable, no matter where I’m in Jordan, be it at Madaba, Wadi Mujib, Wadi Musa, Wadi Rum - His hospitality is genuine and truly stands out. The hotel itself is in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city. Rooms were clean, breakfast was satisfying, and room service was prompt and efficient. One great perk is the free walking tour offered — it’s absolutely worth it! You get a solid introduction to Amman and Jordanian culture, with great insights from the guide. (Just note that tipping is expected.) A couple of things to keep in mind: despite the listing mentioning free parking, the slots are very limited, so plan accordingly. Also, drinking water isn't complimentary — I’d recommend skipping the hotel’s overpriced water and buying it from the shop just downstairs instead. Overall, the hotel isn’t too expensive nor too budget — it strikes a good balance for a comfortable, happy stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for the warm hospitality and location.

Really friendly staff at a nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Amman. ||Speak to the staff, they all speak perfect English and know plenty of things about the locality. Yazeed gave me suggestions for food and what to see. We had along conversation about everything, he really is an asset to the Jordan Tower, as are other two staff I met. I don't know how much you pay them but they are worth hanging onto - pay them more 👍🏻||I had a walking tour with Ibrahim this morning, he showed me around the market and shops, and explained lots of cultural things to me. Ibrahim knows lots of the traders and I tasted a few things in the market. He also showed me the mosque and the greco-roman baths. Ibrahim also speaks great English and is very knowledgeable about his city. ||The hotel is at a major road intersection and it's Ramadan so expect plenty of hustle and bustle after sunset, but it's so vibrant. Take earplugs for sleeping and an eye mask. The air-conditioning works.

Best service and 24 hours with English speaking. My son and I felt safe and very well looked after. Enjoyed the breakfast. The location is excellent and great value for money. Very clean and definitely would go back again. They helped me a lot when my flight was cancelled in the middle of the night they sent some to drive us back to the hotel and gave us our room back. Gave us a piece of mind.

This hotel is amazing, I recommend this hotel to everyone who reads this review! The front desk is very friendly, you can ask them any questions, they will help you carefully. One night I lost my phone in an uber car, I didn't have any way to contact the outside world at that time, I felt terrible, and the phone was probably not found. But I went to the front desk of the hotel and explained my situation to them, and then they went to find their friends in the community, and we worked together to find a solution. After about two or three hours, we found the uber car at the police station and finally got my phone back. It was incredible, thank them! Other than that, the hotel room is also very good, in the heart of Amman, close to two major attractions, although the traffic is a bit noisy, but it will be quiet when it's time to go to bed. All in all, I sincerely recommend this hotel to you.

Excellent location in downtown Amman - probably the busiest corner in the whole city. Right next to Roman Theatre and not a long walk from Amman citadel. Perfect central location. They offer free walking tours which are excellent for first timers. Breakfast is included.

The service is excellent and spoke English. They will book everything for you at a fair price. My flight was cancelled in the middle of the night I called them and they sent a taxi to pick me up and gave me back the same room I had. They were very protective and I felt safe. It is a true value for money. Will definitely stay there again as it was very nice clean and best location.
