Jordan Tower Hotel

Excellent location in downtown Amman - probably the busiest corner in the whole city. Right next to Roman Theatre and not a long walk from Amman citadel. Perfect central location. They offer free walking tours which are excellent for first timers. Breakfast is included.

This hotel is amazing, I recommend this hotel to everyone who reads this review! The front desk is very friendly, you can ask them any questions, they will help you carefully. One night I lost my phone in an uber car, I didn't have any way to contact the outside world at that time, I felt terrible, and the phone was probably not found. But I went to the front desk of the hotel and explained my situation to them, and then they went to find their friends in the community, and we worked together to find a solution. After about two or three hours, we found the uber car at the police station and finally got my phone back. It was incredible, thank them! Other than that, the hotel room is also very good, in the heart of Amman, close to two major attractions, although the traffic is a bit noisy, but it will be quiet when it's time to go to bed. All in all, I sincerely recommend this hotel to you.

Ok, it is true that there is no parking and the hotel sits at possibly the busiest corner in all of Jordan, but this hotel is literally in the heart of the action. One minute to Roman ruins, 15 min walk to the Citadel, amazing street food and markets all around, and a feel of the authentic Jordan. If you want five star comfort and quiet, it may not be for you but the friendly Jordanian staff really make a point to welcome and get to know you, and they don’t just do this to try to sell their own tours or anything like that. The surrounding streets are utterly fascinating to explore and staying here made Amman a surprising highlight of my trip (had planned to skip it entirely in fact)! Bring ear plugs and a sense of adventure and you’ll appreciate it!

The experience was not as expected. There’s no elevator, the room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets appeared worn. The website mentioned parking, but it turned out to be street parking, and given how busy the area is, we had to pay for private parking. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were very kind and helpful.

Nice place to stay. Unfortunately it was very quit when we where there. Due to the situation in the border country's at the time. Had a very fun free walking tour with Ibrahim who showed us around Amman. Let us try some local food. Definitely recommend!

Best service and 24 hours with English speaking. My son and I felt safe and very well looked after. Enjoyed the breakfast. The location is excellent and great value for money. Very clean and definitely would go back again. They helped me a lot when my flight was cancelled in the middle of the night they sent some to drive us back to the hotel and gave us our room back. Gave us a piece of mind.

The service is excellent and spoke English. They will book everything for you at a fair price. My flight was cancelled in the middle of the night I called them and they sent a taxi to pick me up and gave me back the same room I had. They were very protective and I felt safe. It is a true value for money. Will definitely stay there again as it was very nice clean and best location.
