Josef Mountain Resort

I am very pleased and happy to stay at this hotel. All employees are lovely. Everyone is smiling and giving good service, especially the spa department where I used the services three days in a row. The staff member named Candy took care of me very well the entire time I used the services at the spa. If there is a chance, my family and I will definitely go back to use the services again.

Wow! Loved our stay here, would definitely visit again. Rooms lovely, children thought it was fabulous that they had a robe in the correct size on their bed ready, lovely idea. Food fantastic, when I saw the menu the first night I was a bit sceptical but have to say every meal was absolutely delicious, they are very flexible with menu choices too. Breakfast was lovely, plenty choice. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. He also spoke excellent English. Pool was fantastic, lovely temperature, not too crowded, you can order drinks, light snacks etc. Also the location is absolutely perfect for getting the gondola up the mountain, and right at the top the restaurant there was amazing too. Such a relaxing stay, would love to return.

Excellent hotel! We spend a week for skiing, it was the best ski vacation ever. The ski lift is near by, 50 m from the hotel with direct acces from the slope. The spa area is very beautiful with an area for everyone with one inside and one outside pool comunicating each other, a baby pool and a jacuzzi, with sauna and hammam. Another area is adult reserved with 2 saunas, jacuzzi pool, kneipp pools and relaxing areas. Tea and water are offered by the hotel with oranges and apples. The appartement is huge with 2 rooms, terrace and a bathroom. Dinner is rafined, delicious and for all tastes. Alpine menu, italian menu and light menu are proposed every evening, but you can choose between dishes. Light lunch is complementary and very good- actually a vegetarian salad bar. Good wines- local and national are proposed for an extra cost. The bar is excellent with great music. Everybody is very kind, I felt like a princess all day long. The manager is very kind, always there and all the hotel crew is top, from the ladies in housekeeping, to the spa experts, reception staff, waiters and bartenders. So, thank you very much for this excellent week, we enjoyed it every singlr moment!

Good looking hotel but from the inside it is a bit older. The staff is super nice and they help well. The location is okay as it is next to a cable cart station, you can also walk up. The food is alright but it could be a bit more simple and a bit cleaner because the plates are wet when you get then from the buffet. There are a lot of kids that could be annoying. Overall: a bit old with a bit of bad cleaning but the staff is nice and the location is okay/good.

Everything was really OK, the servise, the staff, the cleanness, the wellness and the cuisine was one of the best...|Perfect is also the hotel location . Ski hop in an hop off. No other transportation needed. The only the weather was not the best but thanks to the wellness it didn't matter too much ;-).

Very comfortable accomodation on the slope, excelent halfboard, beautifull wellness area and very very nice and friendly staff. I hope we will come again. |P.S. They have excelent apple and very good tea in wellness with delicious taste💚.

We had the most relaxing stay at Josef Mountain Resort, I only wish we could have stayed longer. The 3 course dinner was incredible, I would say the best food we had during our stay in Italy. The pool and spa facilities were also amazing after a day of travelling. Plus, the staff were all really friendly and happy to help us anytime we asked. A beautiful, modern retreat that we would love to come back to.
