Google
We absolutely love this market. We look forward to visiting once a year when we vacation in the Finger Lakes. I like the homemade soaps and baked goods. We bought a pack of flatbreads and made pizza with them. Looking forward to visiting next year.

Google
An amazing family owned, plant produce, gift and bake shop! Highly recommend! Everything from local wines, beer, fresh baked food, to local fresh fruits and vegetables, to all the plants you'll need for you garden! A MUST VISIT in the Naples area!

Yalonda M.

Google
A cute market with local produce and goods. We purchased a variety of items and all were great!

Google
This market is amazing! The river/creek behind it was refreshing to see, and so pretty. The choices of flowers, plants, decorations, gifts, fruit, veggies, jams, soaps, pictures, and so many other items, was absolutely perfect! I could have loaded my whole car up with goods, to take back home to MI. I have not been disappointed in anything that I did buy either. The apple butter, and peach preserves are delicious. The honey is some of the best I've ever had! Our finger lakes shirts draw attention, and the flowers my mom bought and planted, and doing great. Also, the staff was absolutely wonderful, and so helpful! Thank you for such an awesome place you have, and a great experience.

Google
We love taking Sunday rides to Naples for a visit to Joseph’s. It’s great to be met with a welcoming smile. We always come home with the best produce and baked goods.

Google

Google
Love this place! Best donuts around. I bought a glider ADK chair for my dads birthday present and he loves it! Beautifully made will definitely last a long time.

Google
Excellent! Great tomatoes, apples and more. Cheese curds and various grape pastries are also excellent. All the fruits and vegetables exceeded store bought. Worth the visit for sure!

Yelp
Man, what a gem of a place. We were in town for a family vacation, and came across this place on our day heading back. And I wish we found it on the way, because it's great. Good produce, good local products, prices were pretty good. If I lived nearby, this would be the place i'd stop at for all my produce. They had a bunch of baked goods as well. Wish we had more time to try more stuff. Everything we bought was good. Well worth stopping in.

Yelp
This was one of my favorite spots in Naples! The market was lovely and had plenty of things to browse through. I was like a kid in a candy store here grabbing things that I didn't even knew existed. Grape pie and grape fudge, yes please! They had a baked good section that will make your mouth water. They also had a lovely plant and souvenir section. I purchased a cute succulent assortment planter. I got a few cheeky tea towels and the most adorable set of salt and pepper shakers. If you get the chance definitely make the stop here!

Yelp
Best around. We come every Fall to get concord grapes. The pies and sweets are excellent. Great prices for produce and mums. They are cheaper than wegmans groceries. Quick lines and indoor covered stand so great for those rainy fall days.

Yelp
My favorite farm market EVER! I've been coming here for over 40 yrs... great produce, delicious baked goods & excellent cheeses. It's not the giant market across the hill in Penn Yan but it is open every day thru early November. Thank you for the quality you provide... it doesn't get any better!

Yelp
This is a favorite stop for us in the area. The staff are polite. The baked good selection is awesome. We love the blueberry lemon bread, cheese curds, and more. There are some interesting selections! We treated ourselves to a few new items today like kettle corn.

Yelp
Little over a month or so ago, after almost 4 years, I FINALLY made it back home to NY to visit my mom and family. Covid kept us apart. Last time I was home, too, my dad was there. He has since passed away and this was my first time there since before his passing. Covid kept me from flying back for his funeral. That's whole other story tho. Aside from all of that, it was above and beyond wonderful to go home. Spent some great time with my mom. One place I absolutely LOVE LOVE to go when I'm home is Naples, NY. It's undoubtedly my favorite town in that area. If I were to ever move back (very very unlikely tho lol) I'd without a doubt move to Naples. It's a special little town with so many wonderful places to visit, wineries, hiking, the Autumn's there are next level. It's truly a little slice of what I think Heaven looks like :) Joseph's Wayside Market is one of those special places to stop in. Sure, it's just a little roadside market, but it's sweet. It's simple. It's very upstate NY, it's friendly, it's everything you'd want in a small little shop in a beautiful little town. Fresh produce, lots of little touristy type stuff for you to choose from. They sell baked goods and jams! (If you're from that area, you see local jams a lot. Naples has some of the best) that are made by locals from Naples. It's truly a wonderful little place. The staff seems to be very happy, love to help out whenever they can and whenever they don't really need to lol. They're just wonderful people. Whenever I visit back home and get to stop at places like this, it makes me miss being back there. I went to Naples on this day to go hiking at High Tor. It's always been one of my favorite spots to hike. The secret was definitely out tho because there were soooo many people lol. Naples is hill country. I'll surely find another spot. Still tho, High Tor is great and has amazing views. After my hike, I of course had to venture into town. I remember going here when I was a kid and it's like 30 mins or so from my moms. So as a kid, and even as a high school kid, it felt like a whole other world. I remember even back then how taken aback I was by how special this town is. I feel like Joseph's has been there since then. I feel like as many times as I've visited Naples, I have always seen this place or stopped in..or both. This is crossing over from story time to review back to story time lol. Naples is that kind of place and even something as simple as visiting this adorable little roadside market..will do that to someone. I'm a very nostalgic type of person. So going back to places I went to as a kid..always bring up the fondest of memories. If you're a local in that area, I 100% know y'all have been to this market. If you're visiting, I know you will visit here and even if no, make sure you do! You will not be disappointed. Great selection too of hanging flower pots and other plants. Truly a great little store. Lastly, random too, I was so happy when I was taking pics for Yelp, they brought in a huge pallet of fresh apples. I wanted to grab one so bad haha! I added a pic of them. Thanks, Yelparketers, for reading my review/my story/flashback story haha! Go and support this great place! You'll love it! Cheers!

Yelp
What an adorable place to shop! This open-air market has all the charm you would expect with all local produce, baked goods, coffee, sweets and more! It was busy when we were there but the lines moved quick. Prices were reasonable for what we got. Definitely worth a stop.

Yelp
Every fall we make a trip out to Naples to enjoy everything it has to offer. We always stop by joesphs wayside market. They have fresh veggies and fruits, baked goods, crafts and local items. We always end up spending more than we need to. Parking is a little bit of a challenge especially in the fall, but you can find street parking if needed. I would definitely suggest stopping by and grabbing some goodies.

Yelp
My husband and I drove down from Syracuse last week to visit this lovely market and we were so happy we did. We came looking for the famous grape pies we've heard so much about, and the young lady behind the counter, Alexis, was so kind and informative. You were quite busy but she still took the time to give us such a personal experience. Giving us recommendations, taking a group photo for us and tending to the register by herself, all while wearing a smile on her face and carrying such positive energy! All the treats from your market were to die for, your fresh produce and mums are gorgeous, corn - YUM, and your employees magnify what great customer service looks like. Alexis is the epitome of customer service and a true sweetheart. Kudos to her and to you all. I can most certainly say we will be back to visit very soon, it was well worth the drive over.

Yelp
Joseph's wayside market is absolutely home grown homade food and sweets,it's 4 or 5 generation's of very nice Joseph, I grew up in naples and I always enjoy shopping there

Mike B.

Yelp
One of the best, worth the stop and more! Highly recommend this market!! The added benefit is it's a nice drive to and around Naples!

Yelp
This market is a true gem. They have a wonderful mix of local produce, local goods, flowers, baked goods, jams, jellies, cheeses, and wines. It is a favorite stop any time we have occasion to drive through or near Naples. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Everything is amazingly fresh and shopping here is interesting and fun. The way things are laid out and all the colors make it really beautiful. A great stop to pickup produce if you need it or even a nice stop while visiting FLX wineries.

Yelp
I loved this little market! It's in the middle of a bunch of great wineries! It's a great stop when you're looking for some goodies between your wine. The baked goods are straight out of this world. Originally I saw grape pie and was hesitant but intrigued because I have never had it before. Let me tell you, this pie was absolutely spectacular. I would guess it was made from Concord grapes and there was a bit of crumble on top. Then we saw these giant peanut butter cookies for only 6 dollars so we got those! THEN we saw these warm biscuits and it's strawberry season so we decided they would pair well with some strawberries and whipped cream. Highly recommend stopping by if in the area

Yelp
I love Joseph's and am always looking forward to their seasonal opening, as they don't function during New York's infamous winter. Joseph's supports local farmers, as well as semi-local specialty shops, like Cuba Cheese (Cuba, NY). Their produce is always fresh, and the employees are as friendly as can be. Prices are reasonable for a small market, it isn't farm stand prices, but you can get a better deal than at Wegmans! They always have a wonderful selection of locally baked breads and sweet goodies, as well as maple candy for your sweet tooth. If you're driving in a pair, pick up gas just next door while your partner goes to explore ;) Here's a list of must try's: Cuba Cheese's smoked cheddar Homemade cake donuts Salted peanuts Asian pears (only during fall) Local grape selection (and grape juices!) Spiced pears, spiced peaches

Yelp
We'd passed by the market several times in our travels this week. It always seems to have folks shopping. With it being spring, the flowers were breath taking. Everything from roses to annuals in every color imaginable. Some to plant in the ground as well as hanging baskets. The produce looks gol darned pristine. The baked goods include huge cookies, pies, breads, and rolls. The aroma was heavenly. You can buy NY maple syrup, as well as was wines. The gift shop has some other items, too. We'd never had grape pie. We heard it's an acquired taste, but it came in 2 sizes. We bought the small one, probably a good thing, as when we went back to the B&B where we were staying, we ate the whole thing. We probably would have finished a larger one and our waist lines certainly would not have benefited even if our taste buds did. I certainly suggest stopping to browse, even if you aren't shopping for anything, because this will tingle your senses.

Yelp
What a fun market! I stopped by as part of a tour with my Meetup group. We had a great time perusing the fresh produce and baked goods. They even have an attached wine shop and a gift shop. I bought some homemade peanut and almond brittles, some hard candues, and a loss of pumpkin chocolate chip bread. I also wanted the English muffin bread, but that's a lot of bread for me to bring home & I didn't want it all to go bad. I wish they had offered smaller loaves! The market has a great display of pumpkins and gourds for the season, and offers fresh cider by the glass. The employees are friendly and like to joke around with their customers. I wish this place were closer to home, but I will definitely find a way to get back out there!

Yelp
I wish I lived close by! It's one of the best local markets. Great variety of locally sourced food, plants, coffee, jams, syrup, etc., and crafts. My sister and I went twice in the 24 hours we were in the area. We brought back a lot of goodies that we have shared with family and neighbors. Also, the staff is wonderful and very helpful.

Marcia S.

Yelp
Great place to shop for fruits, veggies and so much more in NY rural area! We are from Midwest, loved the town and the market. Would recommend to locals and travelers!!

Yelp
Expensive, Expensive, Expensive! There is nothing that sets this place aside from other country farmers market besides prices. Parking is not great as it is curb side/road side.

Yelp
Amazing market place in Naples NY which hosts local products - fruits, vegetables, jams, baked goods, etc as well as plants and chairs ! All reasonably priced too

Yelp
I love that I live this close to such an amazing open market... everything from the cheese, fresh veggies to plants and flowers are awesome. The customers service is great and the coffee and donut combination is much appreciated.

Phyllis L.

Yelp
I love this market. I was there about a month ago and bought cider, grapes and Hubbard squash. This was the only place I could find Hubbard squash. I don't know if it's still open there and I want to get more squash. If you've never been there you're missing out on a good time because it The scenery is beautiful and the market even better and only a half hour from Rochester.

Jessica S.

Yelp
The owners are always friendly and have a wide selection of locally grown produce. This is also my favorite go-to place for baked goods. Their home-made cranberry nut cookies are the best!

Yelp
Yippeee...I am the first to write a review for this wonderful roadside market. We found this place on the way to the Naples Grape festival and saw all these people munching on donuts outside the building. This place is a feast for the eyes and palette. They offer the traditional fruits, vegetables, and plants of the season. In addition they have home made breads, pastries, jams, syrups, honey, mustards, sauces, and so many goodies too numerous to mention. They also have separate gift shop and sell wooden outdoor furniture, too. I also read on their website that they offer cold drinks, beer (and kegs) and will even fill your propane tank. How neighborly is that? I was just there today and had the most wonderful carmeled apple! The fresh, home made donuts are lucious...just like grandma's. They are opened the last week of April through the first week in Nov. So hurry...this is their last week and you will have to wait until next year to find out how right I am about this place!

Yelp
Joseph's is an institution for fresh, wholesome and inexpensive produce, however, the treats they offer are just as much a reason to go. They stock a variety of jams, honey, sweet breads, donuts and, of course, pies! As for the last, they carry their own, but they also carry Jeni's Grape Pies... And, OMG ....they are The Best Grape Pies in Naples. And they are VEGAN, if you are into that. The also carry various grape candies from around the area, so try the Arbor Hill grape Gummi Bears, or grape twists (like twizzlers, except.....deep purple). You can also buy some plants for your garden, or a wooden love seat glider for you porch (or just sit down on one when you've exhausted yourself looking at food. Even if you don't buy anything, the service is awesome, and friendly in that all-too-rare small town way.

Yelp
What a treasure for anyone living in or near Naples NY. This place has a variety of goods that would match any supermarket! It's not big but they pack it full with a wide variety of fresh produce. We bought some honey crisp apples, Concord grapes, tomatoes, melons, and even some wine from the little wine shop at the very end of the market. It was pretty busy as expected on the weekend but when we returned on a weekday, the crowds were gone and we had a lot more time to soak it all in. Definitely worth a visit (or two) if you stay in the Finger Lakes region for any length of time. An added bonus is the trail leading to the waterfalls which is practically across the street after a short drive down a city side street.

Gwen F.

Yelp
Great selection of garden plants, fresh local produce, honey, woodstead sauce, and baked goods. We look forward to Joseph's opening every spring and know winter is coming when it closes in the fall.
google avatar

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Excellent farm stand. House made donuts & cranberry cookies are wonderful. Selection of local goods is great. They carry assorted baked goods from Jeni's Pies, which are amazing (She makes my favorite grape pie with a shortbread-like crust). I always pick up plenty of pies for freezing.
google avatar

Kimberleigh M.

Yelp
Great reasonably priced produce - friendly staff and yummy baked goods. What more could you ask for?

William S.

Yelp
For a roadside farmers market I give them all 5 stars! Folks this place is no joke, they have the most amazing selection one could ask for in the finger lakes region! I got a t shirt, apples, fresh fried cakes and Cuba cheese. Not bad snacks for driving through the country side enjoying the leaves changing colors
google avatar

Kirstin S.

Yelp
I always love to stop by Joseph's whenever I am in town. Always a friendly atmosphere and always something good to find. Their homemade desserts are wonderful!
google avatar

Donna B.

Yelp
Fresh locally grown produce, baked goods and service that is always accompanied by a smile! Joseph's is a charming roadside market that showcases the best of the Finger Lakes.

Melissa T.

Yelp
Had a peach pie from Joseph's Wayside Market. It was not remarkable so I glanced at the ingredients list. High Fructose Corn Syrup was the sixth ingredient. Really? From a "fresh", "homemade", "natural" market? I was sorely disappointed so I inspected the pie closer and noticed it is factory stamped on the edges instead of crimped as a homemade pie would be. Well, I was duped. Quality, not quantity, Mr. Joseph. Just make sure to check the ingredients before you buy a pie from this place.
