Jost Van Dyke Scuba and BVI Eco-Tours

First off - so much more than scuba! I’m not sure what our vacation in Jost would have been like without Collin and his team. They were instrumental in so many parts of our trip from transport to rentals to day trips to general island guidance. Super reliable, punctual, and flexible with understanding the needs and comfort of our large group. Some highlights: The rentals - we got a dingy to travel around the island, SUP boards, and snorkel gear. All of it was delivered right to us with ease and plenty of explanation for how to use and enjoy it, and WHERE to use it (and then eat and drink after!) Having reliable gear opened up a ton of experiences for us. Chartered trips: we took two charted trips with Poli, James, Tonic, and others. The first was a relaxing catamaran and they catered it to a large group with very diverse ages and levels of physical activity. It was wonderful, comfortable, and a ton of fun for a big group. The second trip was a smaller, more adventurous trip in a fast cat that included a couple of snorkeling spots and a trip through the Baths. Again, fun, safe, and they guided us within our level of comfort. If you’re planning a trip to Jost, reach out to Collin and his team for ANYTHING you may need (not just scuba - not one of us knows the first thing about scuba). They will help you have an amazing and fun vacation and make the most of your time on Jost. Oh, and the shop is awesome (and air conditioned!!)

Captain Collin and his crew made our trip to Jost Van Dyke easy and very adventurous! He arranged our transportation to an from the airport on Beef Island and helped us navigate the Government imposed COVID travel requirements with ease! We took multiple dive / snorkeling trips throughout the week and James and Poli took fantastic care of us and made sure we had a great time! I believe each person needs to be responsible for their health during these COVID times - - saying that, please don’t believe all of the media propaganda you hear - - the BVI and Jost Van Dyke need your tourism dollars and are very safe!

It was the best day of our Vacation by far! My wife and I, booked a day charter with Alex and we still can’t stop talking about it! Alex guided our boat to Sandy Spit, the Bath’s and ended up with a fabulous lunch in the North Sound. The day was perfect as we even ran into the Rum Runner on the way back to JVD. Alex was personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the islands, and we can’t wait to book another trip with him!

Had a great day island hopping with Captain Colin. Start from our dock at Steel Point at the very west tip of Tortola, then to JVD, B Line Bar on Little JVD, Nanny Cay for lunch, Cooper Island to visit the Rum Bar then Back home. Wealth of knowledge and great motor cat. Our thanks!

We had a family of 18 go to JVD for a week. It was the most amazing week ever! If you go you MUST take a Boat Trip with Colin, Alex and Laura at JVD Scuba. They are truly amazing and we learned so much about the BVI's from them. They were professional as well as personal. Our family enjoyed getting to know them like our own family and we can not wait to go back next year! Not only to vacation but to see our new family! 😃🚢⚓🌞

I can't say enough about Colin and his crew and colleagues on Jost, as well as his contacts on St. Thomas and Tortola. He helped me arrange everything from transportation from the airport to Tortola, Customs, private water taxis to Jost and the return trip to St Thomas. He put me in contact with some fabulous people to help us get back and forth from the different islands. Riiah with British Traders Concierge is fabulous. We did some diving excursions and an all day private day trip with his outfit - his employees are great! Shoutout to KC!! Everyone was fabulous and I can't wait to go back and see all of them as I consider them my friends!

Yeah....have been diving with Jost van Dyke scuba twice, now. Both times were awesome experiences! 1st, JVDS has the best merchandise! Great quality stuff, always. We bought lots. Shout out to Rebecca for informing us of dive trip availability. We jumped at the opportunity immediately. She's awesome. Alex and Glen....many thanks for the great experience at Great Tobago and the Pirates Purchase wreck off JVD. I have some great GoPro footage, and thank you Alex for the red filter loan! We'll definitely be back as the dive trips at JVD are always the highlight of cruising the BVI. Cheers, all.
