I had a very disappointing experience at this café. From the moment we arrived, the service was unwelcoming. We weren’t even offered a menu. We ordered 4 cups of tea and were shocked to be charged 21 JDs, which is absurdly overpriced. What made things worse was the constant interruption by the staff, who kept approaching us in a pushy and almost aggressive manner, repeatedly asking if we wanted to order anything else. Despite us clearly saying no, they continued to come back, which made the whole visit uncomfortable and stressful. I left feeling agitated and completely dissatisfied. I strongly advise against visiting this place definitely not worth your time or money.

It was a very disappointing experience. I came with two of my friends, and we immediately noticed that the staff treated tables with girls much better than those with just guys. The behavior felt clearly biased and unprofessional. We also ordered a fresh juice, but what we got was obviously artificial, full of flavoring. When we raised the issue, they insisted it was natural and refused to replace it with something else. Overall, the service was unfair and the quality was poor. Definitely not coming back.

Check your bill before you pay!! Imagine I went there to watch a football match, placed my order and everything was fine until I received my bill with 2 (مزّه) 😂 and 2 waters that I didn't order or even receive! They say it's a (فتحة طاولة) and I was like sure, I totally get that but we never received it so why would I pay for this مزّه shit and I don't even know what it is!! However, it took them about 15 minutes to do a "4jds recheck"! and after all, they came up with an apology that they couldn't cancel it cuz the manager said so!! What😂😂😂 So I paid it because I didn't want any staff to get penalized and I told them that to make sure no one is trynna be smart or smth. It's literally not worth it but what a rude response and disappointing service a customer could receive! Please leave some tips for the manager if you go there, service may get better!

The atmosphere is really nice and they have a nice seating with fire pits around the area ... I tried chicken quesadilla , steak , Fajitas and they were not that much I would give them 5/10 . Service guys are so annoying as they just want to sell you anything from the menu
