Ok, so this is a review for the first part of the two day tour with Sak (our guide) and our Black (our driver). Firstly, the sunset tour of Angkor Wat was phenomenal and we were lucky to get a break in the sky even though it was cloudy so it made the photos more dramatic. We then visited various temples on the itinerary including the ones from the Tomb Raider movie and Bayon Temple. To start with, it’s best to buy the 3-day temple pass online BEFORE you start this trip to avoid any time wasting or hassle for your group. You will all enjoy it better. About Zak - I couldn’t have asked for the best guide in town as not only did he have so much knowledge of the temples, the history of the country, but is also well versed on current affairs affecting his country. He also made the whole day fun by directing hilarious poses to make your photos even more interesting. He also has many skills in advanced photographic uses for your iPhone which I’m so inept at. The day lasted around 8+ hours and is well worth enduring the humidity and heat. Best tour operators, great communication, best guide and driver to make your time in Siem Reap memorable. Also please recommend visiting the country to your friends as the people here have endured so much when you learn of their history.

Signed up for the Siem Reap: 1-Day Angkor Wat with Sunrise Small-Group Tour. It was a great experience. The agent confirmed with our arrival and pick-up time one day ahead. At 4:30, we met with our tour guide Sak and driver Mao and headed to Angkor Wat for the sunrise. We got there early to get a front-line seat. We also visited Ta Prohm Temple and Bayon Temple. Sak is very knowledgeable about the history, religion, conservation efforts, and the best photo spots about all of the temples. He is also a great photographer. The timely supply of cooled water and cold towel prepared by Mao after each tour was very considerate. Would highly recommend this tour!

I took the 2 day Angkor tour and couldn't be happier. For me the highlight of the trip was the amazing guidance from our tour guide Bun. He was an exceptional storyteller. As someone who has grown up reading and hearing many of the stories that he shared, his enthusiasm and love for the craft was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed re hearing many of these tales and understand the magic behind each temple that we saw. Nath who was our driver was also amazing, drove very safely and was always waiting for us with cold towels and water. I suggest to always be having water as it can be very humid and hot depending on the time of the day. My personal favourites were the sunset temple where we also saw an incredible rainbow, Angkor Wat's reflection on the water, the Jungle Temple & Bayon. Some great potential areas to take photography and Bun also knows many of these spots so make sure you take his help. Thank you Journey Cambodia!

We had a phenomenal experience with Journey Cambodia. We felt so lucky to have Bun as our guide for the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. His English is polished and his knowledge extensive. He went out of his way for us to get the best photos and accommodate our wishes and help us understand that culture, history, religion and current state of Cambodia. I highly recommend Cambodia, Angkor Wat and Bun with Journey Cambodia.

Amazing trip with a very knowledgeable guide. Sak was our guide and he knew so much about the temples. Not only that but was a great storyteller and kept everything interesting. Also very helpfulat taking pictures for us. Our driver Naroo was great and kept us all safe. Always provided great service with giving us waters and cold wash clothes to keep us cool. This was an amazing 2 day tour and will recommend everyone to do it with this team.

Our private Angkor Wat tour organized by JOURNEY CAMBODIA was an amazing experience! With a group of 8, everything was well planned, and the trip from Phnom Penh to Angkor Wat went smoothly. One of the best parts of the tour was seeing Angkor Wat, a famous UNESCO World Heritage Site. The beautiful carvings and stunning buildings took our breath away, especially the sunrise view at the temple—it was unforgettable! We appreciated how punctual everything was. Each part of the tour was on time, which allowed us to enjoy every stop without feeling hurried. The planning was excellent, and we had just the right amount of time to visit each place. Bun, our guide, was fantastic! He was very polite and shared many interesting facts about Angkor Wat and the other temples. His knowledge made our visit even better. Overall, I highly recommend JOURNEY CAMBODIA for anyone looking for a great private tour experience to Angkor Wat from Phnom Penh. Thank you, Bun and Seyha, for making our trip so special!

We had such an amazing time with Bun as our guide and Dara as our driver- we learnt so much about every temple and we never felt rushed. I had a bit of a sore knee so I took a bit of a while on the stairs, but Bun told me to take as much time as I needed! Bun also told us a lot about Cambodia’s history outside of the temples and about his own life, which we really valued. Dara was always smiling and had so many cold towels and bottles of water for us. We honestly couldn’t recommend enough, we loved being part of the Bun Family ❤️

This 2-day Angkor Wat tour with both sunset and sunrise was a fantastic experience, thanks to our amazing guide, Bun, and our wonderful driver, Naro. Incredible value for the money! We were constantly provided with bottled water and refreshing cold towels, making the hot days much more comfortable. I learned so much about Cambodia’s rich history from our guide. Initially, I planned to visit the park on my own, but I’m so glad I joined this tour—it would have been overwhelming otherwise. Huge thanks to Bun and Naro! Until next time in Cambodia!
