I walked in to get new shoes and the sales girl said “$10 off of $75 today” so I specifically picked a shoe for that deal, then at check out it wasn’t discounted and I asked about it and she said that deal was for reward members and I told her I was a rewards member and she said “sorry new members” so I didn’t get a discount. Also I told her me and my bf were paying separate and she made us pay in one transaction just split the card payment even though we didn’t wanna do that so she could boost her numbers or sales per transactions.

Terrible shoe store so rude. I had to exchange shoes that fit to tight when I tried them on at home (never wore them out!) the staff accused me of wearing them around and stated they looked- used- they refused an exchange, store credit or refund. I felt like I was being accused of lying, I felt uncomfortable and I felt angry that I got blamed for this. Never went to journeys again. Someone else can have my money. Trash customer service.

I asked a worker for a specific shoe, they brought out a competing shoe brand, not the brand I asked for and not even in the size I asked for. One of the workers was wearing lingerie as a dress, I guess there’s literally no dress code here. The lingerie dress girl and the third girl that was working went to the opening of the back and started gossiping. I couldn’t hear what was being said, but their body language said it all. I guess this is why people online shop

I had ordered some Birks online in a seafoam green and I was super bummed when I received them because they didn't fit. This was my first pair of Birks so I was unsure about sizing. I came into the store to return them and T.T. was soo helpful because she told me to size up because the bigger size might fit more comfortably. I tried on the larger size in another color Birk and sure enough it fit! She then exchanged my shoes and placed another order for me in the correct size for the beautiful seafoam green! I don't know what magic she did but she found the color even though I couldn't find them online. The shoes arrived 5 days later. Customer service was great! It's refreshing to see such service in retail.

The manager was gossiping about associates infront of of tons of customers, it was so awkward! Left immediately

I think her name was Tyanna but she was so nice. She had the best energy, the nicest tone, and overall just made me feel very welcome. She sold me a product that I would’ve never thought they had and overall just a great person, this store needs more ppl like her :)

Bad customer service, came in looking for crocs and asked a worker if they had any in black and she lied and told me no but I saw some in the back of the desk on the wall later

GREAT customer service. A worker help a lot he was so nice all tho he did talk low but other then that i would love to shop there again.
