Jovinea Cellars Tasting Room

We were wine tasting in Lewiston and found this lovely tasting room. It's in a really unique building which begs exploration. The proprietor is also the vintner, so you get all the details that go into making their wines. Most of the grapes are local to the valley, so that is fun and worth supporting. The pouring is free, but I am sure you will walk away with at least 1 bottle of wine to your liking. Enjoy!

One of my favorite wineries in town. Lisa is so knowledgeable and nice always greeting you with a smile. Love all the local art she has displayed in the tasting room.

Favorite of the wineries we visited. The wine is less expensive than other vineyards and tastes as good if not better. The owner knows his wine and explained each one. And had them all open for tasting. Loved the descriptions and pairing suggestions (biscuits and gravy!). My wine expertise depth is "yes" or "no" and this is definitely a "yes." Bought more wine here than any other.

Michael and Lisa truly know what they are doing with their wine crafting and creations! They are passionate and generous with their knowledge and heart ❤️! We purchased several bottles and can’t wait to tell others about them and their wonderful wines.

We bought a couple of bottles of Merlot during a show in December. Hands down the smoothest and best I have had in years. The owners are very nice, well versed in the business, and down to earth. You definitely need to check out this winery.

Wonderful place with amazing wine! Friendly atmosphere, and we were able to talk with the wine maker himself and really learn about what went into making each wine!

Lisa and her husband do a fantastic job at making wine and providing excellent customer service. She guided through a food pairing with some food from a local restaurant and then through a chocolate pairing. She even stayed late to tend to us and was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a pleasure to meet her and give her our business. The wines are very well crafted and described. Jovinea is a spot to hit if you're in the area.

The tasting room was very comfortable,and the owner/winemaker was very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed all the wines we tried and would recommend stopping by for a tasting.

They are only open on Friday and Sat, in case you are using Yelp to plan your tastings. Most unfortunate that this is incorrect.

Outstanding, quaint winery and tasting room in downtown Lewiston. The owner, Michael and his wife, have some great wine selections using unique grapes blends. We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting and ordered a case to enjoy at home. Highly recommend stopping by! It is definitely worth your time!

Friendly and knowledgeable owners, great and unique wines, friendly atmosphere, good food and dessert to pair with wine. Owner supports veterans and is one.
