I came during lunch with colleagues just before noon. The place was surprisingly empty at the time. It started to fill up while we were there, but never got completely filled and they still had seats available by the time we were all done. This does not happen very often in this neighborhood. Most decent places in this area gets packed with lines out the door during the lunch hour. This place is known for their Pho Ga (chicken noodle soup), so I had to give it a try. Most of their customers do order this dish. It's definitely not bad, but its not the best Vietnamese style noodle soup out there. I would go back if I were ever in the mood for chicken noodle soup, otherwise I would much likely prefer to go up the block to the other Vietnamese Restaurant that have much tastier beef noodle soup. Do know that the bowl of soup does not come with vegetables, its only garnished with parsley and onions. If you want greens or other veggies with your soup you'll need to specify when ordering. They do also give you a side of their house made dipping sauce for the chicken consisting of oil mixed with finely chopped ginger and onions (this is a very nice touch!). We also ordered their grilled chicken wings, it wasn't bad but it did not scream out delicious. Do try if you are ever craving for Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup, however go elsewhere if you are particular about this style food.
