My wife loves this place and the jewellery they sell. I bought her a bracelet here for Mother's Day one year and about a year later the string broke and all the pieces fell off. She picked then all up and took them in and the staff were super-helpful and fixed it for free and even added some more pieces as some had obviously been lost when it broke. 2 thumbs up for great customer service, but lose 1 star for being quite pricey, but that's probably partly because I love a bargain, whereas my wife likes stuff like this, irrespective of the price. (much to my dismay)
