Joya del Casco Boutique Hotel by Shiadu

Just returned from a 3 night break and this boutique hotel is FAULTLESS. |It's a traditional hotel, tastefully decorated and furnished, and full of charm! The breakfast was of high quality and a great variety. Fresh water and hot drinks were available 24 hours per day. |The staff were absolutely fantastic - so helpful and accommodating. One member even referred to the property as 'it is your home' in response to a request! |Perfect location, lovely rooms and a beautiful bathroom. Air conditioning was inaudible and extremely effective. The views from the roof top terrace were outstanding as was the plunge pool on the terrace - so welcoming from the heat and a suitable temperature too.|I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a wonderful city break.

This hotel is really well located in the centre of Seville, close to historic sites and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Despite being in the centre, the hotel is very quiet and the rooftop swimming pool is a real bonus. The breakfast was perfect. The staff are very attentive and do their utmost to satisfy your requests and make your stay excellent. I recommend without hesitation

This was by far my favorite hotel in Spain. Everything about the hotel was lovely. We were greeted with a warm welcome and champagne. The room had 2 large balcony windows and it was very artistic. I could see the rooftop with a pool being fully utilized during warmer seasons and it had a great view of the city and infamous basilica. I was wowed by the included breakfast buffet spread. Such a delicious assortment of the Spanish and Seville dishes. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would return again.

Conveniently located, super trendy and comfy hotel. Just steps from the Cathedral and Alcázar. Staff are very friendly and helpful. When I checked in the concierge sat down with me and reviewed a map of all the attractions to visit in Seville. Highly recommend.

One of the best parts of our weekend getaway to Seville was, without a doubt, our stay at Joya del Casco Boutique Hotel by Shiadu. Everything was perfect: the staff was super friendly, the location is great, the room is spacious and comfortable, the rooftop is nice and the breakfast is deliciously handmade. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Seville again! Highly recommend it!

The Joya del Casco hotel is perfect in every way. The staff, without exception were friendly, helpful, kind and professional. My room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. I had a view out onto the street which was delightful. They provide a wonderful array of breakfast choices and you can help yourself to tea and coffee all day, which was a really nice touch. The hotel is in a super central position, close to everything but also tucked away enough to be quiet. There is also a rooftop terrace with pool, which has amazing views. I cannot sing their praises highly enough, especially as a solo female traveller. I was made to feel very welcome and will definitely be back to this beautiful hotel.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Seville! We stayed at Joya Del Casco Boutique Hotel by Shiadu for just two nights, but we truly felt its warm hospitality and comfort. First of all, the location is perfect — just steps away from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, as well as all the main attractions of the city. Despite being so central, the rooms are very quiet, so you can get a great night’s sleep and relax after exploring Seville. We especially loved being able to unwind after long, hot walks around Seville in the beautiful rooftop pool and on the cozy terrace with its stunning view of the Cathedral — a real treat for guests! Breakfast was another highlight: everything was very fresh, with organic products. You can see that the hotel cares about sustainability — there’s waste sorting, and they use eco-friendly toilet paper. It’s thoughtful and important. The room itself was new and spotlessly clean: a very comfortable large bed, excellent towels, a wonderful shower, good air conditioning, bottled water provided. Housekeeping was impeccable. We also really appreciated the little touches: free coffee, tea, snacks, and water available downstairs at all times. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, helped us store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy a last stroll through this beautiful city. The front desk is available 24/7, and you can always message them on WhatsApp — super convenient. Overall, the hotel fully met and even exceeded our expectations. We absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Seville. And we really hope to try other hotels in this chain in Lisbon or Porto next time!

A lovely boutique hotel, hidden away amongst narrow streets in Seville. We picked Joya Del Casco based on reviews that we had read. We were not disappointed. It is a small hotel, 2 floors, with a nice breakfast area, and a lounge area.|Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and spent time to explain what to do and where to go in Seville. They also arranged reservations for us to see a Flamenco show.||Our room was on the first floor, and whilst a little on the small side, was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which is always important. And there was minimal internal or external noise.||The hotel is only a short distance from the city centre, and the main attractions. We also walked to the market from the hotel, which was an easy walk.|Complimentary water and a bottle of wine were provided in our room, and downstairs the Hotel provide 24 hour complimentary tea and coffee, also with a selection of sweet or savoury snacks.||Overall a great stay, in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
