What a wonderful stay at Hotel Joya del Casco Boutique Hotel by Shiadu! The property and accommodation are simply beautiful — elegant, comfortable, and full of charm. The location is fabulous, perfect for exploring the area and soaking up the atmosphere. Breakfast was scrumptious each morning, a delightful way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond; nothing was too much trouble. Miguel in particular was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to return one day and highly recommend this hotel to other travellers. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Very good small hotel in the casco viejo. Excellent breakfast, free coffee anytime. Comfortable rooms, well appointed. The only small gripe was that the towels were old and did not match the quality of the rest of the stay. Really good staff, with a thank you to Miguel who persevered and found us a good place to eat at short notice on a busy Sunday. The location is perfect for seeing Sevilla: about three minutes stroll from the cathedral and five minutes from the Alcazar. ||I attempted to drive to the hotel but gave up, the streets were not designed for cars, and parked in the nearest recommended place - Cano y Cueto. It's 7-9 minutes walk from the hotel, so not easy if you have heavy bags as several of the streets are cobbled.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great central location, a stone's throw from the Cathedral and the numerous bars and restaurants with endless choice of fine wines and tapas. Interior design of hotel is very attractive. Rooms are comfortable and the walk in waterfall shower is a bonus. Views from terrace at night are amazing and the rooftop pool is a great asset at the end of a hot day. Breakfast is delicious with a great choice of sweet and savoury options and freshly squeezed orange juice in plentiful supply. The two receptionists, Elena and Laura are a great asset. Nothing is too much trouble and they're both friendly and helpful at all times.

Really lovely place to stay. Right in the centre of Seville - amazing that the taxi driver could navigate the very narrow streets. Room was generous and had everything you needed. The supply of bottled water was very welcome in the September heat. Staff were super friendly and helpful and provided some great restaurant recommendations. Roof top area was nice and great views to the cathedral. Very extensive breakfast options. Would definitely stay again.

We spent three nights at this hotel and found it charming and conveniently located with helpful, friendly staff. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. Nice pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, meats, Spanish tortillas, and eggs cooked however you wish. You are a brief walk from the Alcazar and the Cathedral. Be sure to go up to the roof and see the city lit up at night. Spectacular view. Two tips for other travelers. First if you are taking a cab from the airport or train station, be sure to get a small car. Do not take a van or large sedan. The streets in Seville’s old town are very narrow. Larger cars cannot fit on the street where this hotel is located and you will be dropped off a few blocks away from the hotel. The streets are so narrow you will frequently need to jump up on the curb and flatten your body against the wall as cars pass by. Small cars can fit on the narrow streets and can drop you at the hotel. Second tip: restaurants in the neighborhood cater to the tourists and the menus are all very similar and the food is mediocre. If you venture out of the neighborhood the food is much better.

Truly Exceptional – A 3-Star Hotel That Feels Like So Much More From the moment I stepped into the building, I was completely blown away. For a 3-star hotel, this place far exceeded every expectation. The reception area, though not huge, is absolutely spectacular—stylish, modern, and immaculately presented. It gave an immediate sense of quality and care that set the tone for the rest of the stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. Without doubt, the most helpful and genuinely welcoming team I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Sergio, Joanna, and others went out of their way to make everything perfect—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. And then there’s the rooftop. A stunning pool with panoramic views stretching across the city, including a breathtaking view of the cathedral just a stone’s throw away. It’s the kind of place you could spend hours relaxing, soaking in the atmosphere above the city. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It may be rated 3 stars, but in every way that matters, it delivers a 5-star experience.

We had a great stay at Joya del Casco, the staff were lovely & friendly the whole time - very welcoming with good recommendations. Amazing price for September 😊 They let us leave our suitcases & relax with our last breakfast. Great view from our room 216 & comfy bed! Would recommend. Quiet and no noise, great housekeeping. They propped our teddy up 😂

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Joya del Casco Boutique Hotel by Shiadu! The staff was great, always attentive and helpful, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location of the hotel is incredibly useful, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the terrace view - it's simply breathtaking! Taking a dip in the pool while enjoying the scenery was especially refreshing and added an extra layer of relaxation to my visit. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends for a memorable stay in such a beautiful setting.

LOVE this stunning boutique hotel right by the Cathedral. The rooms are very comfortable and even though all the important monuments are so close by - the area is very quiet. Breakfast is included and is spectacular. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

I can't believe I am first review for this wonderful boutique hotel right at the Catedral. Rooms are super comfortable, and the public spaces include a beautiful open atrium and a big open rooftop that includes a pool with amazing views of the Catedral at night. Breakfast is included and it is really good with very attentive service. Marina at the desk was super helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.
