We had an amazing time at jozankei view hotel! It was one of the only places I was able to find one big room for a group of 7. The room was a bit older but very traditional. They did have nice floors so if you do more research you will find even nicer rooms. We slept on very comfortable futons. Our room had 2 bathrooms which was a plus! The onsen was the best experience! Both the roof top and the ground level onsens were very nice and enjoyable. Unforgettable experience! The hotel has plenty of amenities such as arcades, crane games, ping pong, and karaoke. You can spend a lot of time just exploring the place. I booked the breakfast including option so I am not sure if I could have booked both dinner and breakfast. Otherwise you will need to pay extra to dine there. Unfortunately dinner time ended early so we didn’t have the opportunity to try it (we took too much time exploring). We did have the breakfast, it was an open buffet. The food was really good and they had plenty of options. It wasn’t the traditional style where they bring the food to your room (for both breakfast and dinner). We took a bus from Sapporo to get there but apparently there was a shuttle bus that takes you there from Sapporo station. You should book the shuttle in advance for both the going and coming back (we ended up taking the regular bus both ways). It was a learning experience but regardless we really enjoyed it and we would definitely come back!

One of the bigger onsen hotel in Jozankei. It has 2 sections (new & old wings), with few onsen pools to choose from. At the basement of the hotel comes with a huge lagoon style swimming pool that has many different slides, lazy pool lagoon and lap pool for serious swimmers!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast spread was not of top notch quality, but variety is commendable. My family had an awesome time in this hotel!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel would be a little bit uder rated for sure. The hot spring was very nice and spacious. The foods there were delicious although the elements were just average. They offered unlimited ikura and small sweet shrimp in the morning buffet with the style of kaisen don. Compared with what I paid, I would recommend this hotel.

Definitely dated hotel, even the 'new' wings. Rooms are big and open, and furnishings are in need of updating. Decor mid 80s style. Buffet was decent, not great. The faux room chandelier told the story. Time for some modern updates.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The room arranged to us this time was newer. Large bathroom. Buffet dinner and breakfast were perfect despite that they provide fat infused beef... The view in the restaurant was stunning. Nice onsen. Near kokusai ski resort. You can get there by coach or taxi(20min).

The hotel is dated but the basic hardware is satisfactory. The front desk is not responsive even when we inquired about the free shuttle service directly or via our agent. The receptionist left us to find our names on the guest list while she made copies of our passports. We asked if there were hotel buses taking us back, she replied there's none available. The restaurant was huge and the food choice was wide but there were queues everywhere as there numerous guests. The taste was okay though. The hotel was in a scenic area but it is important you can arrange your own transfer back and fro Sapporo. The futon floor in the room was undulating but beddings were clean. The air conditioner was archaic, maybe around the millennium era. The onsen seemed spacious but not well-maintained as you could easily spot mould or stains on the ceiling. I'll look for better accommodation if I visit the area again.

It is a big hotel and may accommodate several hundreds customers. The onsen area is huge and they have a big swimming pool. Lots of Food variety for buffet and the quality is good, especially you have all you can eat salmon roe for breakfast.

Yelp
I LOVE, love, love this hotel! My family and I have been staying at the Jyozankei group hotels for almost 20 years for vacation and business! If you are looking for a VIP experience or even for regular nice stays, I highly recommend staying at their hotels! Their services are top notch! They also offer full of entertainment for everyone! You cannot get bored at this hotel! Make sure to bring your bathing suit because they have a huge lagoon water park in the hotel!
