Been traveling JSX for 14 months straight. I travel every single week Monday and Thursday. Not once has my flight been more than 15 minutes behind and even that is rare. Staff is always courteous and knows me by name. Valet has my truck running when I hit the runway and always assists with my bags. Checking in and security is always a breeze. JSX is my perfect balance between Commercial Fares and Private Service. Thank you for everything

We had the pleasure of flying with JSX to our honeymoon destination in 2024. This was the best commercial flight experience we have had thus far. So much so, we are making plans for another trip (along JSX flight path) in the near future. Minimal lines and wait times with exceptional customer service. 1st class-like experience without the drama. A++ rating.

This was one of my easiest flights in a decade. As easy as Love Field's TSA line is JSX is even easier. Imagine the self-check out of airlines. We arrived and hour before our flight unfortunately while traveling in our Lyft we got a last minute notice our flight was delayed (reason for the star drop). They did give us vouchers for a future flight as an apology, more than what you get from other airlines. We would have stayed home and chilled had we not been enroute. We didn't believe their motto saying you can arrive 20 mins before your flight. Now we know this is in fact a solid claim. As soon as we arrived there was zero line for check-in and baggage claim. The delay time was accurate. We probably waited an hour, but there was solid wifi, comfy enough chairs and plenty of snacks to keep us occupied. Bathrooms were clean as well. Security was a breeze, and the best part is how FAST boarding was. The Las Vegas location could learn from the Dallas location and stock more variety of snacks in their waiting area. The staff both on and off the planes were courteous, and baggage pickup was so easy. Get off the plane, get your bag on the tarmac, and be on your way. I didn't park my car but used car service at both locations, which was so easy to get in and out of. I just wish JSX flew up further north to Seattle and Portland!

We’ve flown JSX twice now round trips and will continue to book with them. Absolutely hassle free travel. Every seat is a good seat and the service and relaxed atmosphere is worth every penny.

Fantastic experience. Will absolutely fly with them again. This doesn’t have the comfort and legroom of first class but the check in process and time saved is worth the slight downgrade.

This is my first time using JSX, but I will be using them whenever I can! We boarded the plane effortlessly and quickly, but when we took off our plane quickly turned around and landed back at Dallas due to an issue. While the wait for a new plane took about an hour and a half to 2 hours, that is where JSX shined compared to any other airline. They catered lunch for all of us during the delay, sang happy birthday to a fellow passenger along with giving her a cake and bouquet of roses, and before our 2nd plane took off they had already emailed us a credit voucher for future use. Customer service is so hard to come by nowadays but JSX truly stepped up and made a bad situation into a customer for life.

Loved this airline and what it offers! I was able to take my 60 pound dog (granted, had to buy him a human ticket.) The price is certainly a splurge, but still way less than business class to feel like you're on a private jet. By pass all the airport hustle and bustle, waiting. I loved the dog spot they had for my dog. The direct flights, staff, seating spacious and without anyone next to you is great! The plane did get cold, so bring a blanket or they do have some if you ask. I flew to Cabo direct from Dallas. It was very fast.

JSX is a godsend for people with disabilities and autism. They went above and beyond to help us. My daughter is severely autistic and does not like new vehicles. We had to fly to visit family and we reached out to JSX and asked how they could help my daughter cope. They offered a mock flight for her. We went to the airport and boarded a plane and sat there on the plane so my daughter could be comfortable with the new situation before we actually flew. The company went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs when we were there and they were so kind. They allowed us to bring our home health nurse and autism therapist to the practice flight. The process was so refreshingly simple compared to going on a different airline and having to go through TSA. There is no way my daughter could have handled TSA so the fact that JSX is here has given me so much relief knowing we can fly without my daughter becoming distressed. This is THE best airline for people with disabilities and I will never fly with a different airline after this incredible experience. Awesome staff. Awesome planes and concept. Every seat is first class comfort and room with first class service but for around southwest prices. The best part is how easy it makes travel. Arrive 20 minutes before your flight and that is more than enough. Makes it super easy to hop around Texas, and makes the Cabo flight a breeze. I even left my AirPods in the Houston lobby, and they went out of their way to keep up with them and fly them to Dallas for me so it was really easy to get them back. Can you imagine any other airline doing that?

Once you get a taste of JSX, it's going to be hard going back to normal commercial airlines! Parking is valet only, so it's recommended that you arrive via Uber/Lyft/Taxi/car service. This terminal was pretty efficient, and check-in only took a couple of minutes. The check-in process involves a bag swab for explosives, tagging your checked bags, and printing out your boarding pass. You can literally show up as little as 20-30 minutes prior to your flight and still check your bags and board the plane. After check-in, you'll wait in the lounge until your flight is ready to board, which is usually 15-20 min prior to departure time. The "lounge" is just a big waiting room with couches, tables, and chairs. There are plenty of power outlets, free public wifi, and complimentary coffee/tea/water. Our flight was slightly delayed, and I wished they would've made some announcements because everyone looked rather antsy as it got close to our departure time. The boarding process is super quick because each plane only has 30 seats and no overhead bins. They have you remove large electronic items such as laptops and walk through a metal detector during boarding. They will also scan your boarding pass and check your ID. Typically, as soon as everyone has boarded, they're able to shut the doors, do a quick safety demo, and immediately take off. The planes are equipped with free Starlink wifi, so you're able to surf the web, stream video, or even upload photos to social media. In-flight service consists of complimentary drinks (soda/bottled water/beer/wine/liquor) and packaged snacks. Flying JSX definitely is less stressful by not having to walk through and wait in the main airport terminal, as well as having to hear everyone and their kids be super loud! Just wished they flew to more destinations!

I have been using JSX since they were new and only had maybe 5 destinations. I love them and recommend to everyone. I always price compare them before I go anywhere, of course factoring in the conveinance and comfort into the price

I recently flew JSX from Taos, NM to Dallas and it made me really think-- when was the last time a flight wasn't simply something to endure and actually something to enjoy? I couldn't come up with an answer, but JSX now holds that position. The gate and cabin crew were very friendly, the seats and layout stellar, and the snacks and drinks delicious. I ordered an espresso martini and enjoyed the short flight--that actually landed 30 minutes early. Highly recommend JSX if flying to Taos, and I will consider them when booking flights elsewhere.

First class cost with budget airline service on the ground. Check in in Dallas was good. Arrival in Cabo was good. Flights both directions were very good (shoutout Riley - you were awesome!). Arrival in Dallas was embarrassingly bad. Customs took longer than flying commercial, they don't return your bags to the terminal so if you have more than 1 bag and 1 carry on per person it's pretty difficult to get everything back to the terminal. I was carrying two car seats, one carry on (backpack), and three pieces of luggage. I walked past 8 JSX employees and not a single one offered to help. Once outside, no one was managing valet/pickup and some car service parked right at the entrance to the valet line instead of pulling forward and either didn't hear me ask (three times) or ignored me when I asked him to pull forward so the line behind him could move up. Won't be flying JSX again anytime soon. For the price of tickets (~$2k each) I'd rather fly first class on a traditional airline or charter a real private jet.

So much better than Hobby or IAH especially for quick trips to Dallas! Would definite recommend.

I don't recommend flying this airline with small children. The plane flies with one seat on each side. It doesn't set up well in any way for it. It's very hard to manage a child from that far away. I would highly recommend flying first class on American instead. I will say the stewardess was incredibly accommodating and helpful. If flying in and out of Dallas, They drop your bags at the airplane and if you have 2 car seats, 3 suit cases, backpacks and 2 children to manage it's impossibly hard and frustrating. None of the staff will offer to help you navigate getting back to the terminal and there are no carts to put luggage on. (We passed at least 7 staff members who just looked at us.) The walk back is hard to navigate in that situation with no help. Very frustrating. Also parking is $45 a day and the pick up and drop off situation is less than ideal. It's not managed well and if you have a black car driver who is new or aloof, he can create a bottle neck that no JSX employee will fix. This is a charter, not private. Semi private at best. Missing the service piece of private. (The on plane service is fine, it's the service getting to and from the plane that lacks.)

I flew JSX from Austin to Dallas. The boarding process was extremely quick and easy. I showed up 20 minutes before my flight and had no issues. The flight was roomy and comfortable. I'd definitely fly them again!

This trip was really awesome. Well worth the flight. We would definitely book this trip again. I will be trying to charter a plane again soon

Seamless experience, fast check in and boarding at their own hangar. Dogs allowed to sit with you. Basically a 50 seat embraer 145 jet but with only 30 seats, making it much more roomy with a first class feel. Free drinks and snacks the duration of flight. Luggage waiting as you exit the plane at their own hangars, so you find your luggage quickly bc there's only 29 other people having luggage. Great job JSX!

My go to Dallas Houston Dallas transportation! Customer service is top notch! From wheels down on the runway to pulling out of the parking lot in my GO Rental car is usually less than 15 minutes!! Makes all the difference in the world for my day trips to Dallas.

charges $45 for valet for 30 mins. Flight was delayed and it wasn't my fault. No other parking options available...

Listen, if you want the experience of private flying for a fraction of the cost then going semi-private with JSX is the only way to go. They have their own terminal and you only have to be there no later than 20 minutes before takeoff therefore, no wasted time at the airport, in lines etc. It's also a minute walk to the gate, each plane seats maximum 30 people and the legroom is to die for. You can get a seat assigned for free at their terminal or pay $15 for a regular seat or $30 for a seat with a cushioned console - I paid the $30 and will do it again! There is no overhead cabin so only your personal item goes on the plane, they take your luggage at check in and when you get off, it's waiting for you at the bottom of the stairs as you deplane - no waiting in line for luggage. Best of all, their inflight service is remarkable. Usually on an hour long flight, I rarely ever get refreshments however, they made sure to take our orders before take off to guarantee that we got service. ALL drinks are free and you get as many snacks as you want. I got the JSX Cocktail which was very refreshing. Best of all, the cost of this ticket was only $20 more than the cost for a commercial flight ticket which means if I hadn't splurged on the seat, I would have paid less! You don't need a membership or anything complicated like the other semi-private airlines plus they have over 40 routes. I'll fly with JSX again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them.

Heard about JSX from our son and got to take a flight out of Dallas to Miami. JSX has ruined any other flight experience now. First of all, everyone from the valet to the flight crew is incredibly friendly. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop but everyone at the check-in, the gate, and security was helpful and the whole process is like you're treated like a grown-up paying to fly somewhere. I wish I never had to fly a typical airline ever again.

This airline is so legit! Not only do you feel like you're a boss flying "private" but the staff is super friendly. The flights are affordable and the services included (bags, drinks, snacks, lounges) make it even more worth it. I will definitely be flying JSX more regularly, i just wish they had more destinations from DFW!

We have flown 2x. Oakland to Phoenix and Dallas to Houston. Both experiences were fantastic and we can not wait until there are more routes to leverage.

If you're thinking about JSX because you think you're going to get a first class experience, you're NOT. The price is the same as paying for first class on American. First I booked a flight from Dallas to Las Vegas. I even paid extra for a seat selection to have a connected side table. But when we finally get on the plane, the side tables don't exist. In fact its a tiny little plane that is less space than economy on any commercial airline. This is followed by delay after delay after delay. Followed by a lounge that is not really a lounge with no food. And NO ONE who works there wants to help or knows what's going on. It's a very ghetto run operation. Just pay for first class and save yourself!

Hit the mark on every experiences when traveling these days! Won't use anyone else now for traveling to Texas.

Beautiful facility. Just a step down from flying private. Amazing service. Getting to Wyoming is difficult with a dog, but JSX makes it so much easier with flights into Rocky Mountain Municipal.

5 Stars - Highly Recommend!! I would fly this airline exclusively if it went to more destinations and had more flights. I was late getting to the airport but arriving 20 minutes before my flight was no problem. Very clean waiting area with self service water and coffee. The customer service checking in was amazing and getting on and off the flight couldn't have been easier. The great service continued in the air and upon arrival.

What an amazing experience. I flew from Burbank to Dallas and had the amazing Lakyn as the FA. She made the experience the best I've ever had flying. Definitely going to recommend my friends and family to fly Jsx because the experience was so amazing!

You will thank yourself for booking JSX. Not only is this airline a wonderful alternative to commercial travel (comfort, hassle avoidance, time saving), the customer service is utterly unparalleled. Angie is aptly named because she is an angel!!! She has shown EXTRAORDINARY heart and grace to accommodate my one-year-old grandson, who is in a battle for his life, so that my son and his family can come home for Christmas.
