We chose Juanito hotel & restaurant on our way from Granada due to our Fodor's guide. It was a great choice, indeed. The Tourist Information Office in Baeza also recommended it to us - a great offer for double rooms, 45 Euro/night + VAT (7%). ||The hotel is located at the exit from Baeza to Ubeda, next to a gas station, easily reachable by car (with a generous free parking). From the hotel, a 10-12 min walk led us to the center of the city. ||Friendly staff, great atmosphere and a brilliant restaurant recommend this hotel as a nice stay in Baeza. ||The room was spacious and nicely decorated; the bathroom well equipped. ||||The restaurant was open only for breakfast and lunch (during weekends, it is open also for dinner). We had lunch - my husband chose the 5 course Menu Degustacion and I had artichokes a la Luisa and Pigeon steak. Together with drinks and desserts, the lunch was around 96 Euro, a fair price for the best food we had in Baeza.

As a tourist you dream about hotels that are renovated medieval palaces at the central plaza.||Juanito is certainly not this type of hotel. is is about 800 m from the city centre and the architect could have worked in DDR. BUT, inside you find a traditional family run hotel with Spanish furniture. The room was very clean, the bathroom perfect. We did not have dinner there, but the breakfast was the only one during this tour where we got fresh orange juice without asking. The wifi worked very well, the parking was free and the rates were reasonable.||Thus, the first impression is not always the last. Over all, we think this hotel is a very good choice with good value for money.

arrived on the evening of Saturday 12 October 2013, excellent hotel, staff very helpful. We only stayed the one night on our way to Malaga. would have stayed longer, only a short distance to the center of town, a very picturesque with plenty of places to eat and drink. well worth the visit.......

Easy to find and a gentle stroll to the town centre. When I was there they obviously didn't have enough B & B guests so they just didn't open for breakfast. Not a big deal as there are plenty of cafes nearby but a bit naff for a hotel claiming 3 *'s and displaying photos of when the King and Queen were there.
