JUFA Hotel Graz City

We booked family room (Family & Friends room consisting of 2-rooms with adjoining corridor, bathroom and toilet) for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) en route our journey between Croatia and Poland. For a 3-star hotel, I can say unequivocally that the facilities deserves a 4-star rating. Key highlights: • The Family & Friends room, with two adjoining rooms plus a bathroom and toilet, is a great setup for a family of four, offering convenience and privacy. • The hotel’s facilities surpass the typical expectations of a 3-star hotel, more in line with a 4-star standard. • Polite and helpful staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. • A well-organized, clean breakfast buffet with a good selection adds to the overall enjoyment. JUFA Hotel Graz City is an excellent choice for families visiting the area.

Comfortable rooms that are close to the train station - perfect for a quick stop in Graz. It’s not really near anything - there’s a shopping centre within walking distance, but everything else is a bit further away. Hotel itself was nice and clean.

This is not a luxury hotel but top in its category! Nice and clean rooms. Kids playground available inside and small outside. Breakfast is good.

I booked Jafa Hotel through Hotels.com and my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was infested with cockroaches, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable for any hotel standard. In addition, the room had a very poor and unsafe design — the main light switch was placed directly behind the mattress. Every time I moved during sleep, the light would turn on, making it impossible to rest properly. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly urge Hotels.com to review this property’s listing and would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed.

Good location, there is parking in front. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Rooms are a little bit older but clean and tidy. Stuff was very pleasant.

Very pleasant and modern-looking city-centre hotel with outdoor parking. Everything looks functional and well-kept, the breakfast was excellent and the checking-in when arriving by rental car was as easy and convenient as it gets.

Well located hotel, spacious and clean room, kids play area, amazing climbing hall for practicing or just having fun, very nice breakfast available under charge, parking available under charge, nice area for meeting with drinks and food indoor and outdoor.
