JUFA Hotel Graz City

Nice and clean place. Room was nice, beds were comfortable. Good food and breakfast . They offer place for kids to play and for adults to practice sports like climbing. From hotel to city center can go by foot in about 20 minutes of walking. They also have parking places.

Nice and clean place. The beds were comfortable. Not far from city center. Good and generous breakfast. Private parking place (you have to pay for it). Very friendly and polite staff. We were satisfied. I would like to recommend this hotel.

The food was disgusting. My stomach was hurting the whole time after i ate it. Our room door didn't work and we were forced to sleep with with other people. The food was dry and tasted like farts from old people. Nobady was on reception the whole night so we had to sleep on the floor in our friends room. This hotel has to leave this business.

Everything was as we desired.|The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings.|A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in details everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel.|The bar serves excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar.|The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged.|The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean.|The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft.|Slept like a baby. :)|The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself.|The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment.|Thank you Jufa Hotel Graz.

OK! All! Modern well-equipped building. With plenty of recreational opportunities. Center signage. The Old Town can be reached with a pleasant 15-minute walk. Ample breakfast. Nice attentive staff. We are satisfied with everything.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. However, I booked it for one night and there was no hot water in the shower. The room was supposed to have one queen size bed and instead it had twin beds. There is also a separate night entrance door which they don't tell you about.
