Baden has a lot to offer. Will be back soon as the place is like in a fairytale fantasy. The hostel is really clean and the breakfast is included. Overall it’s a wonderful staycation 😍

I stayed with a group there. The rooms are nice and the beds are good. We had dinner together and the food was good. Showers and washrooms are clean and well kept. The youth hostel is in a nice house and was enjoyable cold, even with hot weather. It nicely located in Baden at the end of the old Town. Really calm.

Nice place, good location, clean. The hostel manager ist very friendly and welcoming. There is olny room for improvement with regards to the direct sarcastic, german charm of some service team members. But this only my personal opinion.

The bed was comfortable, the restrooms and showers were very nice, the front desk attendant spoke English and was very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. They provide WiFi access for free, and in-room lockers require a 2-Franc coin. Remember to bring your own bath towel; they do not provide them.

We stayed there as a group of women of 30s to 50s ages in October, it was a bit hard to find with the gps at first but everyone we asked in townwere friendly and knew where it was and told or showed us the way. Very clean and friendly, big parking space available, walking distance to the old town touristy area, we didn't have en suite toilets and showers but a sink was available in the four bunker room, and the hall showers and toilets were very very clean. The breakfast next day was very good, considering we paid 32 euros per person breakfast included I thought it was a good enough deal, you do have to make your own bed but clean sheets and blankets and pillowcases were available. We would stay there again if it were opened in January but it's not, but we'll be booking it again for March!

Food is great for a youth hostel. The crowd is however a bit on the old side, maybe not the best for travelling youths. Make sure to follow instructions on how to make your bed very carefully. They also provide free WiFi access which is a lovely bonus. Would come back if they let us

Location is perfect and hostel is clean, there are good systems for hiker (lockers in rooms, good space in showers) Bed was comfortable :) and breakfast very good for price! Free Wifi. Room was big enough, and quiet.

This hostel is clean and modern but it was absolutely no fun. For me the whole point of staying in a hostel is to meet new people but this place didn't facilitate this. There was no bar where people could have a drink and get talking. There was a common area with a TV but every time I went in there people were sitting in the dark in silence watching movies. If you are with some of your friends this place would be fine but as a solo traveller I would not recommend it. ||||I was here in November which is clearly not the busiest time of year but there were still a good number of people at this hostel but there were no events/activities to bring people togther. ||||It's worth noting that this hostel was quite expensive, especially for the off season. To make things worse if you don't have a Swiss Youth Hostels membership there is an additional fee of 6 francs per night. The membership is 33 francs per year but it wasn't worth it for me to sign up since I wasn't staying for long enough and have no plans to go back to Switzerland.
