At first glance, this seems like a nice, clean, and modern hostel—but that’s where the positives end.
Hospitality: Nonexistent. The reception staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. If you arrive before 5:00 PM, you’ll find an empty reception, a dark lobby, no information available, and no access to lockers. I had to call the central office just to confirm I was at the right place. The signage only mentions that the reception is open from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM but fails to explain that no staff or services are available before those hours. You’re left standing there, waiting, feeling completely lost.
When staff finally arrived, there was no greeting, no welcome, and no helpful information—nothing at all. When we mentioned that we wanted to check in, we discovered that even basic amenities like a made bed and a towel weren’t included. Towels cost €3 each, and you’re handed bedding to make the bed yourself. I understand it’s a hostel, but the experience felt more like a jail than a place to stay.
The only positives are that the hostel is modern, clean, and offers fresh breakfast.
Kitchen facilities: Practically nonexistent. You’re limited to a microwave, a mini-fridge, and some cutlery.
Overall, for the price, this hostel is absolutely not worth it.
