Juici Patties

Good place if you want to grab a quick bite. Service is okay. Atmosphere is mediocre. Service can sometimes be slow. Breakfast can be baught here, too.

Tasty patties, quick service, happy customer. Had a chicken pattie and a veg pattie, both nice, preferred the chicken though.

Unprofessional workers Gave me a box of cold patties I bite into one and take them back make a complain and they said there is nothing they can do about that

Juici Patties at St Ann's Bay top notch service..very courteous and accommodating staff to a customer order 8 boxes of patties for the 1st time. While other customers were getting impatient the staff remained professional. Will recommend for great customer service.

I visited Juici Patties 2 days ago and waited in the long queue behind 9 customers to place my order, the young unfriendly Cashier seemed reluctant to speak to me about my order when I asked how long was the wait, because I noticed there was a lot of people waiting for their orders, she said waiting time was 15 minutes, I left because I know the wait would be over half an hour and under no circumstance was going to wait in the unfriendly atmosphere/service particularly with no Air/Con and the inadequate ceiling fans no matter how hungry I am also The atmosphere was tense with dissatisfied customers some complaining that they didn't know the wait was so long and been waiting 20-30 minutes and that the Staff was ignoring their complaints they were not at all happy. I observed customers waiting to be served walked out complaining of the poor slow service and long waiting.

Good food service was ok

I went there after 10:30 on October 27, 2022 to order a Cheese and Soy patty. After cashing I waited about 20 minutes before being served. I got so annoyed when the person who cashed after me got served because he told the server that he was in a hurry. I asked the server if they weren't going by number order and she totally ignored me. During that time another customer returned with her patty stating that she ordered cheese and got beef. This happened to me twice before. The customer was reimbursed the difference. To make matters worse when I returned to the office the soy patty was cold

I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped into this location. The St Ann's location was very spacious and the staff very pleasant.......I was a bit disappointed that they didn't sell Juici fried chicken there and made the comment to the cashier who made me laugh with her reply.......lol. I will be stopping at this location more often as the customer service is excellent and that is a big plus, keep it up.
