Very fancy place with a great ambiance and setup. Has a very beautiful outdoor seating and a good idoor seating. Has live music which was also great. Service was quick and staff was courteous. Great vegetarian options available which is hard to find in Goa. Below is a detailed review of food: Dahi papad ke kabab: was amazing and one of the best dahi ke kabab i have had Achaari bhutta spring roll: very crispy but filling was a little dry, could be better Peri peri charcoal broccoli: good Paneer tempura sliders: very good. The bread was very soft. Coconut fig chocolate tart: good Fresh orange juice: felt it was packed and not fresh. This is one thing that could have been better. But a very very good place for food - great ambiance, good staff, great presentation, great food.

This place looks very fancy and we were expecting a lot more when it comes to taste but were disappointed. Everything looks classy but taste is quite average. Music too on the Friday night we went was drab, looks like the guy had a bad cold. The drinks were good tho and the chicken skewers for starters were good. Mussels and crab cakes were ok but quantity was too little for the price point. Then we had the mutton curry rice and urak infused dish which were both sub par. I would give this place a miss for sure. Just that our expectation was more and the quantity was less.

Replying to the owners response: The food was good but not worth. When businesses confuse reimagining with repackaging, they risk alienating the very customers they’re trying to impress. Real innovation enhances the experience, not the adjectives. Because when innovation forgets the customer, it stops being innovation - and starts being imagination. 💡 ---------------------------------X------------------------- We visited Juju knowing it’s a fine dining spot, and we had already read reviews mentioning that the pricing is on the higher side. So yes — it’s expensive, but that’s expected. This review is not about price; it’s all about the food 🍽️, ambience 🌃, innovation 💡, and overall experience. 📍 Location & Ambience Located in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood in Colva, the restaurant offers ample parking 🚗, which is a huge plus. The ambience is modern, elegant and trendy, with flashy lights, contemporary décor, and a refined vibe that makes it perfect for a special night out. 🎶 They had both recorded and live music during our visit. While the live crooner was a nice touch, he seemed a bit off beat— confused with pitches and not the most polished performance. 👨‍🍳 Service & Experience ☑️ Service was quick and efficient – we were pleasantly surprised by how fast the dishes came out. ☑️ The menu has fancy, creative names, so you’ll likely need a bit of help deciphering it. ☑️ Thankfully, the wait staff were polite, well-informed, and happy to explain each dish. That really helped enhance the experience. 🍴 What We Ordered & My Thoughts: 1. Goan Chorizo Chilly Tacos 🌮 – 3 pieces, tasty but not innovative. 2. Chicken Tenders Travencore 🍗 – Boneless skewers on a flaming grill, well-cooked, but nothing out-of-the-box. 3. Black Olive & Sundried Tomato Chicken Tikka 🐓 – Think Malai Tikka with a twist. Good, but nothing new. 4. Tandoori Chicken and Bacon Quiche 🥓🥧 – Flavourful but tiny! Blink and it’s gone. 5. Dill ka Tikka (Paneer) 🧀 – Soft and delicious. 3 tiny pieces gone in seconds, but again, nothing new. 6. Gun Powder Calamari 🦑🔥 – Absolute showstopper! 10/10 – The BEST I’ve had in Goa. Perfect crunch, toasted curry leaves. Absolutely brilliant! 7. Cheese Garlic Naan 🫓🧄 – Okay. 8. Thalaserry Chicken Biryani 🍛 – Served in a banana leaf with raita. Tasty, with generous pieces, but I’ve had better elsewhere. 9. Kori Gassi 🍗🥥 – Authentic and comforting, but common in Mangalorean households like ours 😊. 10. Fish and Chips 🐟🍟 – Standard. Nothing surprising. 11. Penne with Cheese Sauce 🍝🧀 – Cheesy and comforting. Kids would love it. Nothing innovative. 12. Tender Coconut Rasmalai 🥥🍨 – 10/10 – beautifully innovative! Coconut milk, tender coconut bits, rasmalai, and shortbread. Absolutely divine! I shamelessly licked the bowl clean! 13. Mysore Pak Cheesecake 🍰 – Loved the Mysore Pak base twist, but portion was tiny. 14. Mocktails - Virgin Mojito, Pineapple Basil Lemonade and Ginger Honey Lemonade. Very refreshing. 📋 Final Notes: ☑️ Menu leans heavily towards South Indian flavours. ☑️ Limited options, especially for those who prefer boneless chicken. ☑️ Clear Veg/Non-Veg demarcation is appreciated. ☑️ 10% service charge is added but can be waived off on polite request. 🌟 Final Verdict: Juju is all about ambience, presentation, and a curated fine dining experience. While some dishes were standard, Gunpowder Calamari and Tender Coconut Rasmalai truly stood out. Service was on point, and the staff made navigating the fancy menu easy. The music could use a little tuning 🎤😅, but the overall vibe is worth checking out if you’re ready to splurge.

Our visit to JUJU was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a masterful reinterpretation of traditional Indian flavors, seamlessly blending innovation with authenticity. The ambiance was both elegant and inviting, setting the perfect stage for a memorable meal. So delightful was our experience that we returned the very next day to savor the flavors once more. This establishment truly redefines Indian cuisine, offering a dining experience that is both nostalgic and refreshingly modern

JUJU in Colva, South Goa finally gives fine-dining lovers what they’ve been waiting for. This elegant spot fills a much-needed gap in South Goa’s food scene—bringing upscale dining, a thoughtful menu, and expertly crafted cocktails to Colva. What we tried: • Truffle Mushroom Galoutis: Rich, flavorful, and beautifully executed. • Tap Mutton Chappli Kebab: Decent, but didn’t quite stand out. • Stuffed Crabs: Nicely seasoned and satisfying. • Veg Shashlik with Berry Rice: A surprising favorite—berry rice was a perfect pairing. • Rajasthani Laal Maas: A bold, creative take on a classic—packed with flavor. • Duck Kurchan Bonda: Absolute showstopper. Easily one of the best bondas we’ve had. • Chorizo, Bacon & Onion Jam Poizza: Their take on Goan poi is a winner—we’ll be coming back for this alone. • Appam: Served hot and fluffy—exactly how it should be! Drinks: • Karnatakila: A zesty, tequila-forward cocktail with a creative edge. • Bae of Bengal & Pink Guava: Fresh, vibrant, and expertly balanced. The bar team deserve a special shoutout—these cocktails truly elevate the meal. Service: Top-notch. The team is attentive, patient, and well-trained. Even the parking attendant goes the extra mile. And yes—there’s ample parking. Washrooms: 5/5. Clean, fresh-smelling, and well-ventilated—adds to the premium experience. Overall: JUJU brings modern Indian fine dining and top-shelf mixology to South Goa in a way that finally feels world-class. We’ll be back—and often.

We had a lovely lunch at Juju. The location is good and the place is well done. The food is mostly fusion and delicious. The standout dish was the sweet potato chat. They also have live music in the evening. A good place to enjoy lunch/dinner.

Place is really nice. Staff is super nice and helpful. Went there for dinner and there was a live music setup which added to the experience. Everything was upto the mark and should be considered a place to go if you are ever visiting the area.
