One of the worst experiences I had in Juliana Hotel Colombo.
I've been to many hotels, but I haven't seen such rude, impolite customer management. The manager, Upul, was very ill-mannered and provided the most disrespectful customer service ever. We should teach him to behave with customers instead of acting like the owner of the hotel itself. We phoned them several times, inquired about the rooms in the hotel, and went on to reserve a booking for a room, but after reaching the place, they said there were none available, and the manager spoke aggressively, mentioning, "If you want, you stay, or else search and go for another one." And also he mentioned saying "it is a loss for him to give us the room for 7500/= and and gain or profit to give the room for other customer who are booking for 2 to 3 hours" we Inquired the hotel only because they have mentioned this price. Initially while speaking about it the manger was in very ruthless and blunt behavior.
Overall, an extremely bad experience ever.
